Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Sehubungan dengan pernyataan Auditor bahwa Kami tidak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dapat menentukan besarnya dampak yang diperlukan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, terhadap laporan keuangan, maka Manajemen saat ini juga
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau belum dapat mengukur secara andal dampak kuantitatif dari
Perusahaan Publik hal yang dikecualikan tersebut.
Namun demikian, berdasarkan Catatan 33 atas laporan
keuangan konsolidasian terlampir, Grup telah mengalami
kerugian berulang dimana untuk tahun yang berakhir pada
tanggal 31 Desember 2025 mencatat kerugian komprehensif
sebesar Rp18,45 milyar, yang mengakibatkan akumulasi
defisit sebesar Rp1,51 triliun dan pada tanggal tersebut total
liabilitas jangka pendek Grup telah melebihi total aset
lancarnya sebesar Rp598,94 milyar. Kondisi ini bersama
dengan hal-hal lain sebagaimana diungkapkan dalam Catatan
33, menunjukkan adanya ketidakpastian material yang dapat
menimbulkan keraguan signifikan atas kemampuan Grup
untuk melanjutkan kelangsungan usahanya.
