Dalam rangka memenuhi ketentuan III.3.2.5 Peraturan BEI No. I-N tentang Pembatalan Pencatatan
(Delisting) dan Pencatatan Kembali (Relisting), bersama ini kami sampaikan perkembangan
pelaksanaan penawaran tender sukarela oleh Iforte atas saham-saham Perseroan (”VTO”) dan hasil
sementara pelaksanaan VTO, sebagai berikut:

3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta 1. Sesuai dengan ketentuan Pasal 17 ayat (2) jo. Pasal 22
Material / Description on the Peraturan OJK No. 54/POJK.04/2015 tentang
information or Material Facts Penawaran Tender Sukarela dan dalam rangka
memberikan kesempatan kepada Pemegang Saham
Publik yang belum memutuskan untuk berpartisipasi
dalam VTO, Iforte telah melakukan perpanjangan masa
VTO yang dilaksanakan selama 30 (tiga puluh) hari,
dimulai sejak tanggal 5 Agustus 2026 sampai dengan
tanggal 3 September 2026. Perpanjangan masa VTO
tersebut telah diumumkan melalui surat kabar harian
Kontan dan Neraca, serta pada situs web Iforte,
Perseroan dan BEI pada tanggal 3 Agustus 2026
(“Perpanjangan Masa VTO”).
In accordance with the provisions of Article 17
paragraph (2) jo. Article 22 of OJK Regulation No.
54/POJK.04/2015 on Voluntary Tender Offers, and in
order to provide an opportunity for Public
Shareholders who have not yet decided whether to
participate in the VTO, Iforte has extended the VTO
period for 30 (thirty) days, commencing from 5 August
2026 until 3 September 2026. The extension of the VTO
period was announced in the daily newspapers Kontan
and Neraca, as well as on the websites of Iforte, the
Company and IDX on 3 August 2026 (the “VTO Period
Extension”).
2. Berikut disampaikan hasil sementara pelaksanaan VTO
(Periode 6 Juli – 4 Agustus 2026):
