Dengan hormat,

Menindaklanjuti surat PT Bursa Efek Indonesia tanggal 4 Februari 2026 perihal Permintaan
Penjelasan Pengungkapan Pemilik Manfaat, bersama ini Perseroan menyampaikan tanggapan
sebagai berikut:

1.​ Penyebab Perseroan belum mengungkapkan Pemilik Manfaat tingkat perorangan.
    Pengungkapan Pemilik Manfaat pada pelaporan sebelumnya disampaikan berdasarkan
    data kepemilikan saham yang tercatat dalam administrasi pemegang saham Perseroan.
    Dalam rangka memastikan kesesuaian pengungkapan dengan ketentuan yang berlaku,
    Perseroan telah melakukan penelaahan terhadap data Pemilik Manfaat pada pemegang
    saham pengendali sebagaimana tercatat dalam Administrasi Hukum Umum (AHU).
    Berdasarkan hasil penelaahan tersebut, Perseroan telah melengkapi pengungkapan Pemilik
    Manfaat tingkat perorangan sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.

2.​ Informasi Pemilik Manfaat tingkat perorangan Perseroan saat ini
    Berdasarkan data Pemilik Manfaat yang tercatat pada AHU pemegang saham pengendali
    Perseroan, Pemilik Manfaat Akhir Perseroan adalah sebagai berikut:
     a.​ Bapak Imam Sujono
     b.​ Bapak Jantra Al Rasyid
    Kedua individu tersebut merupakan pihak yang memiliki kepemilikan dan pengendalian
    tidak langsung atas Perseroan melalui PT Tahtra Kertajaya Indonesia selaku pemegang
    saham pengendali Perseroan.
    Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, Perseroan telah menyesuaikan dan melengkapi
    pengungkapan informasi Pemilik Manfaat Akhir pada Laporan Bulanan Registrasi Efek
    melalui Form E009 sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. Laporan hasil penyesuaian
    tersebut kami sampaikan sebagai lampiran tanggapan Perseroan.

   Demikian tanggapan ini kami sampaikan. Atas perhatian dan kerja sama Bursa, kami

Dear Sir/Madam,

Referring to the letter from the Indonesia Stock Exchange dated 4 February 2026 regarding
the Request for Clarification on Beneficial Owner Disclosure, the Company hereby conveys
the following response:

1.​ Reason the Company has not disclosed the individual Beneficial Owner
    The disclosure of Beneficial Owner in the previous reporting was based on the share
    ownership data recorded in the Company’s shareholders administration. In order to
    ensure compliance with the prevailing regulations, the Company has conducted a review
    of the Beneficial Owner data of the controlling shareholder as recorded in the General
    Legal Administration (AHU). Based on the results of such review, the Company has
    completed the disclosure of individual Beneficial Owners in accordance with the
    applicable regulations.

2.​ Current information on the individual Beneficial Owner of the Company
    Based on the Beneficial Owner data recorded in the AHU of the Company’s controlling
    shareholder, the Company’s Ultimate Beneficial Owners are as follows:
      a.​ Mr. Imam Sujono
      b.​ Mr. Jantra Al Rasyid
    Both individuals hold indirect ownership and control over the Company through PT
    Tahtra Kertajaya Indonesia as the controlling shareholder of the Company.
    In this regard, the Company has adjusted and completed the disclosure of the Ultimate
    Beneficial Owner information in the Monthly Securities Registration Report through
    Form E009 in accordance with the applicable regulations. The updated report is attached
    to this response.

    Thus, we convey this response. We appreciate the attention and cooperation of the
    Exchange.
