Hidayat, PH Kepala Divisi PP2 Perihal : Permintaan Penjelasan Bursa Dengan hormat, Sehubungan dengan permintaan dari PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“Bursa”) melalui Sarana Pelaporan Elektronik Terintegrasi Emiten dan Perusahaan Publik dalam surat elektronik S-01636/BEI.PP2/02-2026 tanggal 4 Februari 2026 perihal Permintaan Penjelasan Bursa, maka bersama ini PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk., (“Perseroan”) menyampaikan penjelasan dan/atau tanggapan sebagai berikut: 1. Penyebab Perseroan belum mengungkapkan Pemilik Manfaat tingkat perorangan. Tanggapan: Perseroan telah menyampaikan laporan bulanan kegiatan registrasi kepemilikan saham kepada Bursa setiap bulannya paling lambat hari ke-10 bulan berikutnya melalui SPE-IDXnet, dengan menggunakan Form E009 perihal Laporan Bulanan Registrasi Pemegang Efek. Dalam Form E009 perihal Laporan Bulanan Registrasi Pemegang Efek yang disampaikan oleh Perseroan melalui SPE-IDXnet tersebut, Perseroan masih mencantumkan nama Pemilik Manfaat bukan dalam bentuk perorangan mengingat tidak ada satu pihak perseorangan pun yang memiliki saham lebih dari 2546 (dua puluh lima persen) pada Perseroan dan/atau memenuhi kriteria lainnya sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 1 angka 2 Peraturan Presiden No. 13 Tahun 2018 tentang Penerapan Prinsip Mengenai Pemilik Manfaat Dari Korporasi Dalam Rangka Pencegahan dan Pemberantasan Tindak Pindana Pencucian Uang dan Tindak Pidana Pendanaan Terorisme. Namun demikian, pada kolom “Informasi Lain” dalam Form E009 tersebut, disampaikan bahwa “PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk selaku Penerima Manfaat Akhir dari Kepemilikan Saham merupakan entitas anak tidak langsung dari First Pacific Company Limited, suatu perusahaan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Hong Kong. Bapak Anthoni Salim memiliki kepentingan di First Pacific Company Limited”. Informasi tersebut disampaikan guna memenuhi ketentuan 1II.1.4 Peraturan Bursa Efek Indonesia No. HE meskipun kepemilikan saham Bapak Anthoni Salim secara tidak langsung di Perseroan adalah kurang dari 2596 (dua puluh lima persen). 2. Hidayat, PH Kepala Divisi PP2 Subject : Reguest for Clarification from the Exchange Dear Sir, With reference to the reguest for clarification from PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (the “Exchange”) through the Integrated Electronic Reporting for Issuers and Public Companies in electronic letter No. S-01636/BEI.PP2/02-2026 dated 4 February 2026 regarding Reguest for Clarification from the Exchange, hereby PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk., (the “Company”) wishes to provide the following explanations: 1. Reason of the Company has not disclosed the Beneficial Owner at individual level Response: The Company has submitted its monthly report on the share ownership registration to the Exchange on a monthly basis, no later than the 10" day of the subseguent month, through SPE-IDXnet using Form E009 regarding Monthly Report of Securities Holders Registration. In the Form E009 submitted by the Company through SPE-IDXnet, the Beneficial Owner is not presented at the individual-level, as there is no individual who owns more than 2546 (twenty-five percent) of the Company's shares and/or meets the other criteria as a beneficial owner as stipulated in Article 1 point 2 of Presidential Regulation No. 13 Year 2018 on the Implementation of the Principle of Beneficial Ownership in Corporations for the Prevention and Eradication of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing. Nevertheless, in the “Other Information” column of Form E009, the Company discloses “PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk as the Final Beneficiaries of Share Ownership, is an indirect subsidiary of First Pacific Company Limited, a public listed company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Mr. Anthoni Salim holds interests in First Pacific Company Limited.” This information is provided to comply with Provision III.1.4 of the Exchange Regulation No. I-E, even though Mr. Anthoni Salim's indirect shareholding in the Company is less than 254 (twenty-five percent). 2.
