kelanjutan dari adanya penandatanganan Memorandum of
Understanding antara PT National Assemblers, PT Indomobil
National Distributor, Leapmotor International Business S.p.a.,
dan Zhejiang Leapmotor Technology Co., Ltd. / Official
announcement at the Indonesia International Motor Show 2026
regarding the collaboration with Leapmotor to produce and market
Leapmotor 4 (four) wheeled motor vehicles in Indonesia. This
announcement is following up the signing of a Memorandum of
Understanding between PT National Assemblers, PT Indomobil
National Distributor, Leapmotor International Business S.p.a., and
Zhejiang Leapmotor Technology Co., Ltd.

Dampak Kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik/The Impact of the Occurrence, material information, or facts on the operational activities, legal aspects, financial condition, or the continuity of the Issuer or Public Company 5. Keterangan lain-lain/Others Anak perusahaan Perseroan, yakni PT National Assemblers (“NA”) yang 99,914 sahamnya secara efektif dimiliki oleh Perseroan dan PT Indomobil National Distributor (“IND”) yang 99,994 sahamnya secara efektif dimiliki oleh Perseroan, telah menandatangani Memorandum of Understanding bersama IND, NA, Leapmotor International Business S.p.a., dan Zhejiang Leapmotor Technology Co., Ltd. Dalam dokumen tersebut, disepakati suatu kesepakatan awal bahwa NA akan mengelola perakitan kendaraan bermotor roda 4 (empat) merek Leapmotor sedangkan IND akan mengelola distribusi kendaraan bermotor roda 4 (empat) merek Leapmotor, di wilayah Negara Republik Indonesia./ The Company's subsidiaries, namely PT National Assemblers (“NA”), of which 99,918 of its shares are effectively owned by the Company and PT Indomobil National Distributor (“IND”), of which 99,995 of its shares are effectively owned by the Company , has executed Memorandum of Understanding with IND, NA, Leapmotor International Business S.p.a, and Zhejiang Leapmotor Technology Co., Ltd. In such document, a preliminary agreement is reached whereby NA will manage the assembly of Leapmotor brand 4 (four) wheeled motor vehicles while IND will manage the distribution of Leapmotor brand 4 (four) wheeled motor vehicles, within the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. Perluasan portofolio dan kolaborasi strategis untuk menjawab kebutuhan masa depan yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan kinerja usaha di Indomobil Group. / Expansion of the portfolio and strategic collaboration to respond to future needs, which will eventually improve business performance of Indomobil Group.
