Dengan hormat / Dear Sir or Madam,

Sehubungan dengan Surat Permintaan Penjelasan PT Bursa
Efek Indonesia tertanggal 04 Februari 2026, maka bersama
dengan ini kami PT Kobexindo Tractors Tbk (“Perseroan”)
menyampaikan hal-hal sebagai berikut:

Penyebab Perseroan belum mengungkapkan Pemilik
Manfaat tingkat perorangan.

Penjelasan :

Bahwa Perseroan mengungkapkan informasi Pemilik
Manfaat dengan mengacu pada struktur kepemilikan dan
pengendalian Perseroan, yang tercermin dalam struktur
kepemilikan Perseroan dengan PT Kobexindo
Investama. Dalam rangka penyampaian informasi
kepada PT Bursa Efek Indonesia, Perseroan akan
menginformasikan Pemilik Manfaat tingkat perorangan
dalam Laporan Bulanan Registrasi Pemegang Efek
(Form E009) sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.
Selanjutnya, guna memenuhi ketentuan Peraturan
Presiden Nomor 13 Tahun 2018 tentang Penerapan
Prinsip Mengenali Pemilik Manfaat dari Korporasi dalam
rangka Pencegahan dan Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana
Pencucian Uang dan Tindak Pidana Pendanaan
Terorisme, Perseroan telah melakukan pelaporan
Pemilik Manfaat tingkat perorangan melalui Notaris dan
akan melakukan pengkinian apabila terdapat perubahan
atau penyesuaian informasi Pemilik Manfaat.

saat ini,

Subject : Response to the Reguest for Explanation

In reference to the Reguest for Explanation Letter of PT
Bursa Efek Indonesia dated 4 February 2026, hereby we,
PT Kobexindo Tractors Tbk (the “Company'), submit the
following matters:

1. The reason the Company has not disclosed the
Beneficial Owner at the individual level

Explanation:

That the Company discloses information on the
Beneficial Owner by referring to the ownership and
control structure of the Company, as reflected in the
Company's ownership structure with PT Kobexindo
Investama. In the context of providing information to
PT Bursa Efek Indonesia, the Company will disclose
the individual-level Beneficial Owner in the Monthly
Securities Holders Registration Report (Form E009) in
accordance with the applicable provisions.
Furthermore, in order to comply with the provisions of
Presidential Regulation Number 13 of 2018
concerning the Implementation of the Principle of
Recognizing Beneficial Owners of Corporations in the
Framework of the Prevention and Eradication of
Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing Crimes,
the Company has carried out the reporting of the
individual-level Beneficial Owner through a Notary and
will perform updates should there be any changes or
adjustments to the Beneficial Owner information.

2. Information on the Companys Beneficial Owners at
the individual level at present

Explanation:
That by referring to the Companys ownership
Structure as reflected in PT Kobexindo Investama, the
