Steady Safe Tbk (Perseroan) dan PT Wijaya Karya Realty Tbk
terkait Perjanjian Kerja Sama Pembangunan dan Pengelolaan
Apartemen untuk Pengembangan Tanah di Pegangsaan,
Jakarta Utara, Mahkamah Agung pada tingkat Peninjauan
Kembali dengan putusan, mengabulkan permohonan
peninjauan kembali PT Steady Safe Tbk dan menyatakan
perjanjian kerja sama dimaksud berakhir. Kemudian dalam
amar rekonvensi menghukum PT Steady Safe Tbk untuk
mengembalikan pembayaran tahap pertama sebesar
Rp80.000.000.000 kepada PT Wijaya Karya Realty Tbk
setelah putusan berkekuatan hukum tetap.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dampak hukum atas putusan tersebut Perseroan wajib
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan mengembalikan kepada PT Wijaya Karya Realty dana sebesar
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Rp. 80.000.000.000,-. Kewajiban tersebut telah tercatat dalam
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau laporan keuangan Perseroan.
Perusahaan Publik Atas putusanb tersebut tidak ada dampak terhadap kegiatan
operasional dan kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or Decision of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia
Facts Number 233 PK/Pdt/2026 dated 12 March 2026 in the case
between PT Steady Safe Tbk (the Company) and PT Wijaya
Karya Realty Tbk concerning the Cooperation Agreement for
the Development and Management of Apartments for the
Development of Land in Pegangsaan, North Jakarta, the
Supreme Court at the Judicial Review level, with its decision,
granted the judicial review petition of PT Steady Safe Tbk and
declared that the said cooperation agreement had ended.
Subsequently, in the counterclaim ruling, PT Steady Safe Tbk
was ordered to return the first-stage payment in the amount of
IDR 80,000,000,000 to PT Wijaya Karya Realty Tbk after the
decision has obtained permanent legal force
Impact of event, material information or The Legal Impact of the decision, the Company is required to
facts towards Issuers or Public return funds amounting to IDR 80,000,000,000 to PT Wijaya
Company’s operational activities, legal, Karya Realty Tbk. This obligation has been recorded in the
financial condition, or going concern Companys financial statements. There is no impact on the
Companys operational activities or business continuity as a
result of the decision
