Sehubungan dengan surat dari Bursa Efek Indonesia tertanggal 04 Februari 2026, perihal Penelaahan
Nama Pemilik Manfaat dari Perusahaan Tercatat PT Perma Plasindo Tbk (“Perseroan”). Bersama ini
kami sampaikan penjelasan dari Perseroan sebagai berikut :
With reference to the letter from the Indonesia Stock Exchange dated 4 February 2026 regarding the
Review of the Beneficial Owner Names of the Listed Company PT Perma Plasindo Tbk (the
“Company”), we hereby submit the Company’s explanation as follows:
1. Penyebab Perseroan belum mengungkapkan Pemilik Manfaat tingkat perorangan
Reason the Company has not yet disclosed the Individual-Level Beneficial Owner

Perseroan belum mengungkapkan informasi Pemilik Manfaat tingkat perorangan dikarenakan proses
identifikasi dan verifikasi Pemilik Manfaat Perseroan memerlukan penelaahan dan pengumpulan data
dari pemegang saham terkait, guna memastikan keakuratan dan kesesuaian informasi sebelum
dilakukan pengungkapan kepada publik.
Response:
The Company has not yet disclosed information on the individual-level Beneficial Owner as the
identification and verification process of the Company’s Beneficial Owner requires further review and
the collection of data from the relevant shareholders, in order to ensure the accuracy and
appropriateness of the information prior to its disclosure to the public.
2. Informasi Pemilik Manfaat tingkat perorangan Perseroan saat ini.
Current information on the Company’s individual-level Beneficial Owner
