Material / Description of pemegang saham pengendali Perseroan, PT Asia
material information or fact Investment Capital (“AIC”) telah mendirikan suatu anak
perusahaan baru, yaitu PT Ananta Energi Asia (“AEA”),
yang berkedudukan di Jakarta Selatan. Pendirian AEA
tertuang dalam Akta Pendirian No. 24 tanggal 5 Februari
2026, yang dibuat oleh Jose Dima Satria, S.H., M.Kn.,
Notaris di Jakarta, dan sedang dalam proses untuk
memperoleh pengesahan dari Kementerian Hukum
Republik Indonesia.

On 5 February 2026, the Company, together with its
controlling shareholder, PT Asia Investment Capital
(“AIC”), established a new subsidiary, PT Ananta Energi
Asia (“AEA”), domiciled in South Jakarta. The
establishment of AEA is set forth in Deed of Establishment
No. 24 dated 5 February 2026,, made before Jose Dima
Satria, S.H., M.Kn., Notary in Jakarta, and is currently in
the process of obtaining approval from the Ministry of Law
of the Republic of Indonesia.
AEA akan menjalankan kegiatan usaha, antara lain, di
bidang energi, yang sejalan dengan rencana
pengembangan usaha Perseroan.
AEA will carry out business activities, among others, in the
energy sector, in line with the Company’s business
development plan.
Perseroan dan AIC merupakan pemegang saham AEA,
dengan komposisi kepemilikan saham masing-masing
sebesar 99% dan 1%.
The Company and AIC are the shareholders of AEA, with
share ownership of 99% and 1%, respectively.
