TE PT IFISHDECO Tbk 3. | Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Objek dan Nilai Transaksi Material Pada tanggal 4 Agustus 2026, Perseroan telah menandatangani Kesepakatan Pembatalan Akta Jual Beli Saham PT Bintang Smelter Indonesia (“PT BSI”) antara Perseroan dengan PT Unggul Permai Utama (“Kesepakatan Pembatalan”), yang menerangkan bahwa para pihak setuju dan sepakat untuk membatalkan Akta Jual Beli Saham PT BSI No. 35 tertanggal 22 Juni 2025 antara Perseroan dan PT Unggul Permai Utama (“PT UPU") sehubungan dengan pengalihan seluruh saham milik Perseroan pada PT BSI sebanyak 34.607.215 (tiga puluh empat juta enam ratus tujuh ribu dua ratus lima belas) lembar dari PT UPU, dengan nilai transaksi sebesar Rp 58.500.000.000 (lima puluh delapan miliar lima ratus juta Rupiah). Pursuant to the Termination Agreement, the Parties agreed to terminate the Share Sale and Purchase Deed of PT BSI No. 35 dated 22 June 2025 entered into between the Company and PT UPU in relation to the proposed transfer of all of the Company's 34,607,215 (thirty-four million six hundred seven thousand two hundred fifteen) shares in PT BSI to PT UPU, with a transaction value of Rp 58,500,000,000 (fifty-eight billion five hundred million Rupiah).
