Merujuk pada permintaan penjelasan oleh IDX melalui IDXnet Nomor S-01782/BEI.PP1/02- 2026 tanggal 4 Februari 2026 perihal Permintaan Penjelasan Bursa Terkait Pemilik Manfaat PT Bank KB Indonesia Tbk, bersama ini kami sampaikan penjelasan sebagai berikut: 1. Penyebab Perseroan belum mengungkapkan Pemilik Manfaat tingkat perorangan. Perseroan telah mengungkapkan Pemilik Manfaat tingkat perorangan dalam pelaporan bulanan registrasi pemegang efek, yaitu Mr. Jong Hee Yang. Mr. Jong Hee Yang merupakan Chairman & CEO KB Financial Group (“KBFG”), yang melalui kedudukannya memiliki kewenangan untuk mempengaruhi dan mengendalikan KB Kookmin Bank (“Kookmin Bank”) selaku pemegang saham pengendali Perseroan. Penetapan tersebut mengacu pada Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia No. 13 Tahun 2018 tentang Penerapan Prinsip Mengenali Pemilik Manfaat Dari Korporasi Dear Sir/Madam First of all, we would like to express our gratitude for the support and assistance that has been provided by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (“IDX”) to PT Bank KB Indonesia Tbk (“the Company”) thus far. Referring to the reguest for explanation from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) through IDXnet Letter No. S-01782/BEI.PP1/02-2026 dated 4 February 2026 regarding the Exchange's Reguest for Clarification on the Beneficial Owner of PT Bank KB Indonesia Tbk, we hereby submit the following explanation: 1. Reasons Why the Company Has Not Yet Disclosed the Individual-Level Beneficial Owner The Company has disclosed the individual- level Beneficial Owner in its monthly securities holder registration report, namely Mr. Jong Hee Yang. Mr. Jong Hee Yang is the Chairman & CEO of KB Financial Group (“KBFG”), who, by virtue of his position, has the authority to influence and control KB Kookmin Bank (“Kookmin Bank”) as the Company's controlling shareholder. Such determination refers to Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 13 of 2018 on the Implementation of the Principle of Recognizing Beneficial Owners 4

Informasi — Pemilik — Manfaat perorangan Perseroan saat ini. tingkat Mr. Jong Hee Yang, selaku Chairman & CEO KBFG, merupakan Pemilik Manfaat tingkat perorangan Perseroan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Perpres No.13/2018 dan Permenkumham No. 15/2019, karena yang bersangkutan memiliki kewenangan untuk mempengaruhi dan/atau mengendalikan Perseroan secara tidak langsung. of Corporations for the Purpose of Preventing and Eradicating the Crime of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing (“Presidential Regulation No. 13/2018”) and Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia No. 15 of 2019 on the Procedures for Implementing the Principle of Recognizing Beneficial Owners of Corporations (“Minister of Law and Human Rights Regulation No. 15/2019”), pursuant to which the relevant individual meets the criteria as a Beneficial Owner by having the authority or power to influence or control the Company, either directly or indirectly, without reguiring approval from any other party. Current Information on the Company's Individual-Level Beneficial Owner Mr. Jong Hee Yang, in his capacity as Chairman & CEO of KBFG, is the Company's individual-level — Beneficial Owner as referred to in Presidential Regulation No. 13/2018 and the Minister of Law and Human Rights Regulation No. 15/2019, as he has the authority to influence and/or indirectly control the Company.
