Type of Material Readiness of Funds for Principal and 4 Interest Payment of Shelf Information or Facts Bonds Y Merdeka Copper Gold Phase II Series A Year 2025. 3. | Uraian Informasi atau Bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa Perseroan telah menyediakan Fakta Material dana untuk pelunasan pokok dan bunga ke-4 Obligasi Berkelanjutan V Merdeka Copper Gold Tahap II Seri A Tahun 2025 yang akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 2 Maret 2026 dengan tingkat bunga tetap sebesar 7,2596 (tujuh koma dua lima persen) pertahun. Dana tersebut akan dibayarkan kepada PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) sebelum tanggal 2 Maret 2026. Description of Material We would like to inform that the Company has prepared funds for the Information or Facts payment of the principal and 4& interest of Shelf Bonds V Merdeka Copper Goid Phase II Series A Year 2025 which will be matured on 2 March 2026 with a fixed interest rate at the amount of 7.254 (seven point two five percent) per year.
