Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubungan dengan kewajiban penyampaian keterbukaan
informasi sebagaimana diatur dalam peraturan perundang-
undangan yang berlaku di bidang pasar modal, bersama ini
kami sampaikan keterbukaan informasi dalam Form E019
mengenai perubahan galangan untuk pembangunan kapal ke-
3.
Bahwa Perseroan sebelumnya telah menunjuk PT Adiluhung
Saranasegara Indonesia sebagai galangan untuk
pembangunan kapal ke-3. Namun demikian, dengan
mempertimbangkan aspek teknis, kapasitas produksi, jadwal
penyelesaian, serta efisiensi operasional, Perseroan
memutuskan untuk melakukan perubahan galangan
pembangunan kapal ke-3 menjadi PT Tegal Shipyard Utama.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perubahan galangan tersebut tidak berdampak negatif secara
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan material terhadap kegiatan operasional, kondisi keuangan,
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, maupun kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. Jadwal
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau pembangunan kapal ke-3 secara keseluruhan tetap dapat
Perusahaan Publik dilaksanakan sesuai dengan rencana Perseroan.

Information Disclosure on the Change of Shipyard for the
Type of Material Information or Facts Construction of the Third Vessel
Description of Material Information or In connection with the obligation to disclose information as
Facts stipulated under the prevailing laws and regulations in the
capital market sector, we hereby disclose information in Form
E019 regarding the change of shipyard for the construction of
the third vessel.
The Company had previously appointed PT Adiluhung
Saranasegara Indonesia as the shipyard for the construction of
the third vessel. However, after taking into consideration
technical aspects, production capacity, completion schedule,
and operational efficiency, the Company has decided to
change the shipyard for the construction of the third vessel to
PT Tegal Shipyard Utama.
Impact of event, material information or The change of shipyard does not result in any material
facts towards Issuers or Public adverse impact on the operational activities, financial
Company’s operational activities, legal, condition, or business continuity of the Company. The overall
financial condition, or going concern construction schedule of the third vessel remains in line with
the established plan of the Company.
