Material / Description of Material Perjanjian Kredit dengan PT Bank ICBC
Information or Facts Indonesia pada tanggal 4 Februari 2026
(“Perjanjian Kredit”) dengan rincian
sebagai berikut:/ The Company has
signed the Credit Facility with PT Bank
ICBC Indonesia, dated 4 February 2026
(“Credit Facility”), with the following
details:
a. Nilai pokok pinjaman / Total loan
amount:
IDR 800.000.000.000 (delapan ratus
miliar Rupiah)/ IDR 800,000,000,000
(eight hundred billion Rupiah)
b. Tujuan pinjaman / Purpose of the
loan:
Pemberian fasilitas kredit dari PT
Bank ICBC Indonesia kepada
Perseroan akan digunakan untuk
membiayai kebutuhan Perseroan
untuk belanja modal dan/atau
pendanaan umum perusahaan / The
loan credit facility from PT Bank ICBC
Indonesia to the Company shall be
utilized to finance the Company’s
needs for capital expenditure and/or
general corporate funding.
c. Jatuh tempo Pinjaman / Loan Maturity
60 (enam puluh) bulan dari tanggal
pencairan pertama / 60 (sixty) months
from the first disbursement date.
4. Dampak kejadian, informasi atau Tidak terdapat dampak khusus atas
fakta material tersebut terhadap penyampaian keterbukaan informasi ini,
kegiatan operasional, hukum, mengingat penyampaian keterbukaan
