Material / Description of Material Perjanjian Kredit dengan PT Bank Negara
Information or Facts Indonesia (Persero) Tbk pada tanggal 4
Februari 2026 (“Perjanjian Kredit”)
dengan rincian sebagai berikut:/ The
Company has signed the Credit Facility
with PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero)
Tbk., dated 4 February 2026 (“Credit
Facility”), with the following details:
a. Nilai pokok pinjaman / Total loan
amount:
IDR 8.000.000.000.000 (delapan
triliun Rupiah)/ IDR 8,000,000,000,000
(eight trillion Rupiah)
b. Tujuan pinjaman / Purpose of the
loan:
Pemberian fasilitas kredit BNI kepada
Perseroan berupa Kredit Term Loan
dengan tujuan untuk General
Corporate Purposes./ The credit
facility provision from BNI to the
Company is in the form of Term Loan
Credit with the objective for General
Corporate Purposes.
c. Jatuh tempo Pinjaman / Loan Maturity
84 (delapan puluh empat) bulan sejak
tanggal penandatanganan Perjanjian
Kredit / 84 (eighty four) months since
the execution of this Term Loan Credit
Facility.
