                                        Sehubungan dengan pemberitaan pada tanggal 03 Februari
                                        2026 di Media Massa (lDN Times) bahwa Direktur PT Minna
                                        Padi Aset Manajemen menjadi tersangka atas kasus insider
                                        troding dan perdagangan semu di pasar modal dimana dalam
                                        pemberitaan tersebut disebutkan inisial "DJ". Dalam
                                        pemberitaan tersebut menyebutkan bahwa inisial "DJ'
                                        merupakan DJOKO JOELIJANTO, atas hal tersebut kami
                                        sampaikan klarifikasi bahwa berita tersebut adalah TIDAK
                                        BENAR.

                                        Bersama ini kami menegaskan bahwa DJOKO JOELIJANTO
                                        merupakan Direktur Utama PT Minna Padi lnvestama
                                        Sekuritas Tbk dan tidak merangkap jabatan pada Perusahaan
                                        lain. Oleh karena itu, pemberitaan yang menyebutkan bahwa
                                        Djoko Joelijanto sebagai tersangka tidak memiliki dasar yang
                                        akurat dan berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahpahaman di
                                        masyarakat.

                                        Klarifikasi ini kami sampaikan sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab
                                        untuk meluruskan informasi yang beredar serta menjaga agar
