Sehubungan dengan:
1. Pengumuman Bursa Efek Indonesia (“Bursa”) nomor Peng-S-00024/BEI.PLP/07-2026 tanggal
30 Juli 2026 perihal Penghentian Sementara Perdagangan Efek atas Sanksi Penyampaian Laporan
Keuangan Interim per 31 Maret 2026;
2. Telah dipenuhinya seluruh kewajiban PT Black Diamond Resources Tbk (“COAL”) yang menjadi
penyebab dilakukannya Suspensi Efek COAL; dan
3. Tidak terdapat kondisi lain yang merupakan penyebab Suspensi Efek,
maka Bursa mencabut Suspensi Efek COAL di Pasar Reguler dan Pasar Tunai terhitung sejak
Sesi 4 Periodic Call Auction Perdagangan Efek pada hari Kamis, 6 Agustus 2026.
Bursa meminta kepada seluruh pihak yang berkepentingan untuk selalu memperhatikan Keterbukaan
Informasi yang disampaikan oleh Perseroan.

Lifting of Securities Trading Suspension
PT Black Diamond Resources Tbk (COAL)

In relation to:
1. Indonesia Stock Exchange (the “Exchange”) Announcement number Peng-S-00024/BEI.PLP/07-
2026 dated 30 July 2026 concerning Temporary Suspension of Securities Trading due to Sanctions
for the Submission of Interim Financial Statements as of 31 March 2026;
2. The fulfillment of all obligations by PT Black Diamond Resources Tbk (“COAL”) that caused the
suspension of COAL Securities; and
3. No other existing conditions that would cause a suspension,
the Exchange hereby lifts the suspension of COAL Securities in the Regular Market and Cash
Market effective from Session 4 Periodic Call Auction Trading Hours on Thursday, 6 August 2026.
All interested parties are advised to continuously pay attention to the information disclosures submitted
by the Company.
The above is hereby announced for public information.
