The Board of Commissioners and Directors of the Company are taking a full responsibility for all the
information that contain in information disclosure and confirm that after conducting a careful research on the
available information relating to the plan of increase share investment in PT Lancar Wiguna Sejahtera, a
subsidiary whose shares are 70% (seventy percent) owned by the Company, hereby declare that to the best of
the knowledge and belief of the Board of Commissioners and Directors of the Company there is no other
important or material information relating to this plan to increase share investment which is not disclosed in
this Information Disclosure which could cause this Information Disclosure to be untrue and/or misleading.
The Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners of the Company, both individually and collectively,
declare that this transaction does not contain any conflict of interest as referred to in POJK 42/2020.
The Board of Directors of the Company, both individually and collectively, declares that this affiliated
transaction has undergone adequate procedures to ensure that the affiliated transaction is carried out in
accordance with business practices in general.

INTRODUCTION
This Disclosure of Information is conveyed to the Company's shareholders in connection with the transaction that has been
carried out, namely additional share investment in PT Lancar Wiguna Sejahtera ("Transaction"), where the transaction was
carried out with the aim of maintaining the percentage of share ownership in the Company.
In this case it is explained that PT Lancar Wiguna Sejahtera is a subsidiary which is directly owned by the Company. The
Company has share ownership of 70% (seventy percent) in PT Lancar Wiguna Sejahtera.
In connection with the matters as mentioned above, the Company's Board of Directors is announcing this Information
Disclosure with the aim of providing more complete information and description to the Company's Shareholders regarding the
Transaction.
AFILIATION TRANSACTION SUMMARY
1. BACKGROUND, REASONS, AND BENEFITS OF THE TRANSACTION
The transaction was carried out for the purpose of increasing equity investment by the Company and the other
shareholders, with the aim of strengthening the capital structure and maintaining the percentage of share ownership in
PT Lancar Wiguna Sejahtera.
2. AFILIATION DATE TRANSACTION
The Transaction was carried out by the parties on February 02, 2026.
3. AFILIATION TRANSACTION OBJECT
The object of the Transaction is additional share investment in PT Lancar Wiguna Sejahtera.
4. AFILIATION TRANSACTION VALUE
Additional share investment in PT Lancar Wiguna Sejahtera amounting to Rp35,000,000,000 (thirty five billion Rupiah) in
accordance with the Company's ownership percentage.
5. THE PARTIES IN THE AFILIATION TRANSACTION
a. PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (Company), as the party making additional shares investments
The Company was established under the name "PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya" as stated in the Deed of Establishment
of Limited Liability Company PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya No. 21 dated February 22, 1989, made before Gde Kertayasa,
S.H., a Notary in Jakarta, which obtained approval from the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia in
accordance with Decree No. C2-7158 HT.01.01.Th.89 dated August 7, 1989. It has been registered at the Registry
of the North Jakarta District Court under No. 11/Leg/1999 dated July 12, 1999, and has been announced in the
Additional State Gazette No. 4414, State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia ("BNRI") No. 59 dated July 23, 1999.
The Articles of Association of the Company have been amended several times, with the latest amendment stated in
the Deed of Resolutions of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. No. 44
dated May 16, 2024, made in before Sriwi Bawana Nawaksari, S.H., M.Kn. a Notary in Tangerang Regency. The
changes to its Articles of Association has been received and recorded in the Administration System of the Ministry
of Law and Human Rights, as evidenced by the Acceptance of Notification of Changes to the Articles of Association
No. AHU-0034520.AH.01.02 dated June 11, 2024.

b. PT Lancar Wiguna Sejahtera, as the party receiving additional stock investment.
The establishment of PT Lancar Wiguna Sejahtera was contained in Deed No. 04 dated March 8 2018, made before
Veronika Farida Riswanti, S.H., Mk.n., Notary in Tangerang Regency, which limited liability company has obtained
Legal Entity approval from the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia as is evident from its
Decree number AHU-0013091.AH.01.01.Year 2018 dated March 12 2018.
The Company's Articles of Association have undergone several amendments and the latest amendment is as stated
in the Deed of Decision Statement Outside the General Meeting of Shareholders of PT Lancar Wiguna Sejahtera No.
103 dated June 13 2025, which was made in the presence of Devin Derian Charis, S.H., M.kn., as a substitute for
Charles Hermawan, S.H., Notary in Tangerang City and has received approval from the Minister of Law and Human
Rights of the Republic of Indonesia as stated in his Decree No. AHU-0040634.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2025 dated June 23,
2025.

carried out were as follows:

6. NATURE OF AFFILIATION RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES CONDUCTING TRANSACTIONS
The Transaction is an Affiliate Transaction as defined in POJK 42/2020 because there are similarities in the members of
the Board of Directors and/or Board of Commissioners, as well as the relationship between PT Lancar Wiguna Sejahtera
and the main shareholder considering that the Company has share ownership of 70% (seventy percent) in PT Lancar
Wiguna Sejahtera.
