PT. Sinar Indra Nusa Jaya (“SIJ") telah menandatangani
perjanjian sewa menyewa forklift listrik dengan PT. Bagaskoro
Mega Langgeng ("BML”).
Obyek Transaksi adalah sewa 7 unit forklift listrik, dengan nilai
sewa sebesar Rp 52.662.500/bulan atau Rp. 631.950.000/tahun,
jangka waktu sewa dimulai tanggal 1 Desember 2025 selama
satu tahun dan belum termasuk pajak.

merupakan Transaksi Afiliasi yang hanya wajib dilaporkan oleh
Perusahaan kepada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (“OJK”)
sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Peraturan OJK Transaksi Afiliasi
dan Transaksi Benturan Kepentingan (POJK No.
42/POJK.04/2020),khususnya pada pasal 6 angka 1 butir c.
Di mana sifat hubungan Afiliasi adalah sebagai berikut:
a. PT. SIJ adalah Entitas Anak yang 99,0094 kepemilikan
sahamnya dimiliki Perseroan.
b. PT. BML merupakan entitas perusahaan sepengendali dan
memiliki manajemen yang sama.
PT Sinar Indra Nusa Jaya ("SIS") has signed an electric forklift
lease agreement with PT Bagaskoro Mega Langgeng ("BML").
The object of the transaction involved leasing 7 units of electric
forklifts, with ad rental value of Rp 52,662,500/month or Rp.
631,950,000/annually for a lease term starting from December
1, 2025, for one year, excluding VAT.
The transactions described in this Disclosure of Information are
Affiliated Transaction that must be reported by the Company to
the Financial Services Authority (“OJK”). As stated in the OJK
Regulation on Affiliated Transactions and Conflict of Interest
Transactions (POJK No. 42/POJK.04/2020), in particular in article
6 point1c.
The Affiliate relationship is structured as follows:
a. PT Sinar Indra Nusajaya ("SIJ”) is a subsidiary entitty, with
99,001 share ownership held by the Company
b. PT Bagaskoro Mega Langgeng (“BML”) is an entity under
common control with the Company and shares the same
management team.
