Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Transaksi material terjadi pada tanggal 29 Januari 2026,
berupa Perjanjian Fasilitas (Facility Agreement) antara PT
Nusa Palapa Gemilang Tbk (Perseroan) dan PT Bank
Sinarmas Tbk.
Objek transaksi mencakup berbagai fasilitas kredit dengan
total nilai Rp54.000.000.000, terdiri dari:, Demand Loan
(Rp45.000.000.000, Bunga 9,75% p.a., Jatuh Tempo 16
Oktober 2026), dan PRK (Rp9.000.000.000, Bunga 9,75%
p.a., Jatuh Tempo 16 Oktober 2026).
Transaksi ini mendapat pengecualian berdasarkan Pasal 11
POJK 17/2020 karena merupakan pinjaman langsung dari
bank, sehingga tidak memerlukan penilai independen atau
persetujuan RUPS.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Fasilitas kredit ini digunakan sebagai opsi pembiayaan untuk
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan modal kerja Perseroan.
