Dengan senang hati kami umumkan bahwa BBRIDRCG6A telah dapat dilaksanakan pada tanggal 02
Februari 2026 dan pemegang waran terstruktur berhak atas Jumlah Penyelesaian Tunai (per
BBRIDRCG6A) (jika jumlah tersebut lebih besar dari nol).
Harga Penyelesaian telah ditentukan pada IDR 3.770 sebagai rata-rata harga penutupan Saham BBRI di
Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk lima (5) hari bursa sebelum Tanggal Pelaksanaan.

ANNOUNCEMENT
We are pleased to announce that BBRIDRCG6A is exercised on 02 Februari 2026 ("Expiry Date") and the
structured warrant holders shall be entitled to the Cash Settlement Amount (per BBRIDRCG6A) (if the said
amount is greater than zero).
The Settlement Price has been determined at IDR 3.770 being the closing price of BBRI Shares on
Indonesia Stock Exchange for the five (5) bursa days prior to the Expiry Date.
