Bahwa berdasarkan akta tertanggal 26 Januari 2026 No. 76 &
77, dibuat di hadapan AUDREY TEDJA, S.H., M.Kn., Notaris
di Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat, PT ANUGRAHA KARSA
SOLUSI INDUSTRIA (dalam likuidasi) di Kota Administrasi
Jakarta Utara & PT APLI STATIONERY (dalam likuidasi)
berkedudukan di Kabupaten Bogor (Perseroan) telah
memutuskan:
1) Menerima laporan pertanggungjawaban hasil likuidasi
dari Likuidator
2) Pengesahan Laporan Pertanggungjawaban
Likuidator
3) Menyetujui untuk tidak memberikan honorarium
kapada Likuidator Perseroan.
4) Memberhentikan dan memberikan pembebasan,
pemberesan dan pelepasan tanggung jawab (acquit et de
charge) atas tindakan-tindakan yang telah dilakukan oleh
Likuidator dalam rangka likuidasi Perseroan, serta
memberhentikan dan memberikan pembebasan, pemberesan
dan pelepasan tanggung jawab kepada Direksi dan Dewan
Komisaris selama masa jabatan mereka.
Pengumuman ini dilakukan untuk memenuhi ketentuan Pasal
152 ayat 3 UUPT No. 40/2007.

INDUSTRIA & PT APLI STATIONERY was published in the
Neraca Economic Daily Newspaper.
That based on deed No. 76 & 77 dated January 26, 2026,
drawn up before AUDREY TEDJA, S.H., M.Kn., Notary in West
Jakarta, PT ANUGRAHA KARSA SOLUSI INDUSTRIA (in
liquidation) in North Jakarta and PT APLI STATIONERY (in
liquidation) domiciled in Bogor Regency (the Company) have
decided:
1) To accept the liquidation accountability report from the
Liquidator
2) To ratify the Liquidator's Accountability Report
3) To agree not to provide an honorarium to the Company's
Liquidator.
4) Dismiss and grant release, settlement, and discharge
(acquit et de charge) for the actions taken by the Liquidator in
the context of the Company's liquidation, as well as dismiss
and grant release, settlement, and discharge of responsibility
to the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners during
their term of office.
This announcement is made to comply with the provisions of
Article 152 paragraph 3 of UUPT No. 40/2007.
