Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bahwa berdasarkan informasi yang diperoleh dari Kuasa
Hukum Perseroan pada tanggal 29 Januari 2026, dan merujuk
pada Relaas Pemberitahuan Isi Putusan Kasasi Mahkamah
Agung Republik Indonesia Nomor 3550 K/Pdt/2025 jo. Nomor
1396/PDT/2024/PT DKI jo. Nomor 233/Pdt.G/2021/PN.
Jkt.Pst, diberitahukan bahwa sebelumnya Perseroan telah
mengajukan permohonan kasasi atas putusan pada tingkat
banding sehubungan dengan gugatan perbuatan melawan
hukum yang diajukan oleh Perseroan terhadap Greylag Goose
Leasing 1410 Designated Activity Company dan Greylag
Goose Leasing 1446 Designated Activity Company.
Adapun Putusan Kasasi Mahkamah Agung Republik Indonesia
pada pokoknya memutuskan bahwa menolak permohonan
Kasasi yang diajukan oleh Perseroan, sehingga putusan pada
tingkat kasasi menjadi berkekuatan hukum tetap (inkracht).
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak terdapat dampak langsung terhadap kegiatan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional Perseroan, Perseroan memastikan bahwa seluruh
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kegiatan operasional berjalan dengan normal.

Supreme Court Decision on the Cassation Appeal

Description of Material Information or Based on information obtained from the Company's legal
Facts counsel on 29 January 2026, and with reference to the
Notification of the Contents of the Supreme Court of the
Republic of Indonesia's Cassation Decision No. 3550
K/Pdt/2025 in conjunction with No. 1396/PDT/2024/PT DKI in
conjunction with No.233/Pdt.G/2021/PN.Jkt.Pst, it was notified
that the Company had previously filed a cassation appeal
against the appellate court decision in connection with a tort
claim (unlawful act) filed by the Company against Greylag
Goose Leasing 1410 Designated Activity Company and
Greylag Goose Leasing 1446 Designated Activity Company.
The Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia's Cassation
Decision essentially ruled to reject the Cassation petition filed
by the Company, thereby making the cassation decision final
and biding (inkracht).
