Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 24 Februari 2026 Obligasi Berkelanjutan VI
Adira Finance Tahap V Tahun 2025 Seri A sebesar
Rp997.102.000.000 yang diterbitkan Perusahaan akan jatuh
tempo. Namun demikian Perusahaan telah menyediakan dana
untuk pembayaran pokok Obligasi tersebut beserta bunga
yang diperkirakan sebesar Rp18.695.662.500 kepada
pemegang Obligasi yang akan jatuh tempo tersebut dengan
menggunakan kas internal.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pembayaran Pokok Obligasi Berkelanjutan VI Adira Finance
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Tahap V Tahun 2025 Seri A tersebut tidak memiliki dampak
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, signifikan terhadap Perusahaan, karena Perusahaan telah
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau menyediakan dana untuk kebutuhan tersebut di atas didalam
Perusahaan Publik rekening Perusahaan.

Description of Material Information or On February 24, 2026, Adira Finance Continuous Bonds VI
Facts Phase V 2025 Serial A amounted of Rp997,102,000,000 will
be due. However, the Company has prepared the funds to
settle the payment of bonds principal as above-mentioned and
its interest amounted of Rp18,695,662,500 as well to the
bonds' investor from Company's internal cash.
Impact of event, material information or The principal payment of Adira Finance Continuous Bonds VI
facts towards Issuers or Public Phase V 2025 Serial A has no significant impact to the
Company’s operational activities, legal, Company, because the Company has provided funds for that
financial condition, or going concern purpose in the Company's bank account.
