II sebagaimana telah diumumkan oleh BEI
melalui Pengumuman Bursa melalui laman
www.idx.co.id. ("Persetujuan
PraPencatatan"). / which refers to the
Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Letter No. S-
14218/BEI.PP2/12-2025 dated December 16,
2025, regarding the Approval of Securities
Listing in the Framework of MESOP Phase I, as
announced by the IDX through the Stock
Exchange Announcement on www.idx.co.id
("Pre-Listing Approval").
Hasil MESOP II dengan periode pelaksanaan
terhitung sejak-tanggal 29 Desember 2025
sampai dengan tanggal 20 Januari 2026
("Periode Pelaksanaan") adalah sebagai
berikut: / The results of MESOP II of 2025
exercised for the period starting from
February, 29th December 2025 to January,
20th 2026 (the "Exercise Period") are as
follows:
a. Jumlah opsi yang telah dilaksanakan
sebanyak 2.875.000 saham. Total
persentase dilusi saham dari seluruh
pemegang saham Perseroan setelah
pelaksanaan MESOP adalah sebesar
0,088% / The number of option that has
been exercised is 2.875.000 shares. The
total percentage of dilution of shares of all
shareholders of the Company after the
implementation of MESOP is 0,088%.
b. Jumlah opsi yang habis masa berlakunya
sebanyak 875.000 saham./ The number of
options that have expired is 875,000
shares.
Sehubungan dengan realisasi rencana
program MESOP yang dicantumkan pada
prospektus secara keseluruhan jumlah
saham program MESOP yaitu 7.500.000
saham. Jumlah total opsi yang telah
dilaksanakan dalam periode I dan II adalah
sebanyak 6.125.000 saham, dan jumlah total
opsi yang habis masa berlakunya sebanyak
1.375.000 saham./ In relation to the
realization of the MESOP program plan as
stated in the prospectus, the total number of
shares under the MESOP program is
7,500,000 shares. The total number of options
exercised in Period I and II is 6,125,000
shares, and the number of options that have
expired is 1,375,000 shares.
