ANNOUNCEMENT
Result of Capital Increase Without Pre-emptive Rights

PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk (the “Company”) hereby announced that the
Company has exercise the Capital Increase Without Pre-emptive Rights
(“PMTHMETD”) on 4 August 2026 with issuing 14,505,112,734 (fourteen billion five
hundred five million one hundred twelve thousand seven hundred thirty-four) Series B
shares with a nominal value of Rp100 per share, with exercise price Rp 300 per share.

This PMTHMETD is carried out based on the approval of the Company's Extraordinary
General Meeting of Shareholders held on 3 July 2026.
