Perusahaan Terbuka dan merujuk pada surat Saiko
Consultancy Pte. Ltd. No. 2026/I/SC/002/OJK/IDX tanggal
28 Januari 2026 perihal Pengumuman Pembatalan
Rencana Pengambilalihan PT Soraya Berjaya Indonesia
Tbk, dengan ini kami sampaikan bahwa Saiko Consultancy
Pte. Ltd. telah melakukan pembatalan atas rencana
pengambilalihan atas saham Perseroan yang dimiliki oleh
Rizet Ramawi selaku Pengendali dengan jumlah sebanyak-
banyaknya 222.600.000 (dua ratus dua puluh dua juta enam
ratus ribu) saham Perseroan, yang setara dengan paling
banyak 27,83% (dua puluh tujuh koma delapan tiga persen)
dari seluruh modal ditempatkan dan disetor penuh
Perseroan.
Description of Material In accordance with Article 5 paragraph (1) of OJK Regulation
Information or Facts No. 9/POJK.04/2018 on the Acquisition of Public Companies
and referring to the letter of Saiko Consultancy Pte. Ltd. No.
2026/I/SC/002/OJK/IDX dated 28 January 2026 regarding
the Announcement of the Cancellation of the Planned
Acquisition of PT Soraya Berjaya Indonesia Tbk, we hereby
inform that Saiko Consultancy Pte. Ltd. has cancelled the
planned acquisition of the Company’s shares owned by
Rizet Ramawi as the Controlling Shareholder, amounting to
a maximum of 222,600,000 (two hundred twenty-two million
six hundred thousand) shares of the Company, representing
up to 27.83% (twenty-seven point eight three percent) of the
Company’s total issued and fully paid-up share capital.
