Chandra Asri Invests in Indonesian Talent with new offices and
scaling up of 200 new shared services jobs in Jakarta
Jakarta, 28 January 2026 – PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk (Chandra Asri Group), a leading
energy, chemical, and infrastructure solutions provider in Southeast Asia, has officially
commenced the operations of PT Chandra Asri Sentral Solusi (CASS) as the Group’s
Shared Service Center (SSC), reinforcing operational efficiency and supporting business
growth across the Group.
As a Shared Service Center, CASS provides comprehensive back-office services covering
finance, human resources, procurement, and customer operations, enabling greater
efficiency, standardization, and adaptability to the evolving needs of the Group across its
growing operations in Energy, Chemicals and Infrastructure, in Indonesia, Singapore and
beyond.
One of CASS’s current key focus areas is supporting the operations of Aster Chemicals &
Energy Pte, Ltd (Aster), a leading energy and chemical solutions provider in Singapore and
the Asia Pacific region. Aster is a joint venture between Chandra Asri Group and Glencore,
one of the world’s largest natural resource companies, combining the legacy of Singapore’s
first oil refinery with advanced petrochemical operations. Through CASS, regional business
activities are managed more efficiently through centralized service support from Indonesia,
enhancing operational effectiveness across geographies.
Lenny Woen, President Director of PT Chandra Asri Sentral Solusi, states “The
commencement of CASS’s operations marks an important milestone in strengthening the
Group’s operational foundation through an integrated and sustainable Shared Service Center.
CASS enhances operational efficiency and governance across the Group, while also
supporting our long-term growth and transformation agenda.”
Phillippe Pangestu, Chief Financial Officer of PT Chandra Asri Sentral Solusis, added
“CASS is positioned to support not only entities within Chandra Asri Group, but also, over
time, external partners with scalability and AI-enabled ecosystems in mind. We are excited as
we scale up to 200 employees and more, with this new business that forms the core of our
Group’s expanded strengths.”
Looking ahead, CASS is set to extend its services to additional entities across the Chandra
Asri Group, supported by enhanced capabilities and operational readiness, in line with the

development and the creation of skilled employment opportunities in Indonesia across key
business support functions.
