A. Introduction
The termination and the report on the Company’s share Buyback Plan covering the period from
23 May – 22 August 2025, which was subsequently extended to 25 August – 20 November 2025
and further extended to 21 November 2025 – 19 February 2026.
The buyback of the Company's shares will be carried out with reference to the provisions stipulated
in Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies, Financial Services Authority
Regulation Number 30/POJK.04/2017 concerning Buyback of Shares Issued by Public Companies
(“POJK 30/2017”), and Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 2/POJK.04/2013
concerning Buyback of Shares Issued by Public Companies in Significantly Fluctuating Market
Conditions (“POJK 2/2013”).
B. Description of Material Information or Facts
On 22 May 2025, the Company announced share buyback plan on shares that the
Company issued and listed on PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“Exchange”).

The Buyback implementation plan is explained as follows:

to Buy Back Shares
2. Share Buyback Period 23 May – 22
August 2025
3. Share Buyback Period – Extension I 25 August – 20
November 2025
4. Share Buyback Period – Extension II 21 November 2025 –
19 February 2026
The share buyback period began on 22 May 2025, which was extended to 19 February 2026,
however the share buyback period may end prior to the time limit in the event that the share
buyback has been completed. Through this disclosure of information, the Company announces
that buyback period has ended earlier than planned on 28 January 2026.
In this regard, the Company has completed the buyback of 10.616.800 shares with total value of
Rp4,499,325,509,- (including the brokerage cost and other fees).
Subsequently, the Company will gradually carry out the transfer of shares resulting from the
buyback in accordance with the applicable laws.

information or fact to the operational activities, legal, financial conditions of, or
sustainability of activities by Company
There is no material impact on the operational activities, legal, and financial condition which
may disrupt the Company's business continuity.
