ANNOUNCEMENT
EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
PT BANK OF INDIA INDONESIA TBK.

It is hereby notified to the Shareholders of PT Bank of India Indonesia Tbk., hereinafter referred to
as the Company, that it will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (“Meeting”) on
Thursday, March 5, 2026.

In accordance with the provisions of article 10 paragraph (8) of the Company's Articles of
Association and Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) no. 15/POJK.04/2020 concerning
Plans and Implementation of a General Meeting of Shareholders of a Public Company, the
Invitation for the Meeting and its agenda will be announced on the e-RUPS Provider Website,
Stock Exchange Website and the Company's Website on Wednesday, February 11, 2026.

Shareholders who are entitled to attend the Meeting are the Company's Shareholders whose
names are registered in the Company's Register of Shareholders and/or their securities account
balances in Collective Custody at PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia at the closing of share
trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Tuesday, February 10, 2026.

In accordance with Article 10 paragraph (7) of the Company's Articles of Association jo Article 16
POJK No. 15/POJK.04/2020, Shareholders who own at least 1/20 (one-twenty) or more of the total
number of shares with voting rights that have been issued by the Company may submit proposals
for the agenda of the Meeting with the provisions concerned must submit written to the Board of
Directors of the Company no later than 7 (seven) days prior to the date of the Invitation to the
Meeting, namely Monday, February 2, 2026.
