atas Perjanjian Pinjaman Dana
No.007/DSU/LGL/V/2024 tanggal 31 Mei 2024
(“Perjanjian Pinjaman Dana 31 Mei 2024”);
2. Addendum Perjanjian Pinjaman Dana
No.019/DSU/LGL/VIII/2026 tanggal 3 Agustus 2026
atas Perjanjian Pinjaman Dana No.003/DSU
BERLINA/I/2022 tanggal 4 Januari 2022
(“Perjanjian Pinjaman Dana 4 Januari 2022”); dan
3. Addendum III Perjanjian Pinjaman Dana
No.020/DSU/LGL/VIII/2026 tanggal 3 Agustus 2026
atas Perjanjian Pinjaman Dana No.025/DSU/2020
tanggal 1 September 2020 (“Perjanjian Pinjaman
Dana 1 September 2020”).
(Perjanjian Pinjaman Dana 31 Mei 2024, Perjanjian
Pinjaman Dana 4 Januari 2022 dan Perjanjian Pinjaman
Dana 1 September 2020 bersama-sama disebut sebagai
“Perjanjian Pinjaman Dana”).
Perseroan dan DSU telah menyepakati perubahan atas
Perjanjian Pinjaman Dana sebagai bagian dari upaya
penyempurnaan dan penyesuaian ketentuan perjanjian
guna meningkatkan keselarasan dokumentasi serta
memberikan kejelasan atas hak dan kewajiban para pihak.
Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, Perseroan dan DSU
sepakat untuk mengubah periode pinjaman sebagai berikut:
1. Perjanjian Pinjaman Dana 4 Januari 2022 menjadi 1
Oktober 2021 – 31 Desember 2030; dan
2. Perjanjian Pinjaman Dana 1 September 2020
menjadi 29 April 2020 – 31 Desember 2030.
Kemudian Perseroan dan DSU juga sepakat untuk
menghapus ketentuan terkait kapitalisasi bunga sebagai
pokok pinjaman setiap akhir bulan apabila Perseroan belum

melakukan pembayaran pada masing-masing Perjanjian
Pinjaman Dana.
Selain perubahan tersebut, tidak terdapat perubahan lain
atas Perjanjian Pinjaman Dana.
On 3 August 2026, the Company entered into the following
amendments to the loan agreements with DSU:
1. Addendum to Loan Agreement No.
018/DSU/LGL/VIII/2026 dated 3 August 2026 to
Loan Agreement No. 007/DSU/LGL/V/2024 dated 31
May 2024 (“Loan Agreement dated 31 May 2024”);
2. Addendum to Loan Agreement No.
019/DSU/LGL/VIII/2026 dated 3 August 2026 to
Loan Agreement No. 003/DSU BERLINA/I/2022
dated 4 January 2022 (“Loan Agreement dated 4
January 2022”); and
3. Addendum III to Loan Agreement No.
020/DSU/LGL/VIII/2026 dated 3 August 2026 to
Loan Agreement No. 025/DSU/2020 dated 1
September 2020 (“Loan Agreement dated 1
September 2020”).
(Loan Agreement dated 31 May 2024, Loan Agreement
dated 4 January 2022, and Loan Agreement dated 1
September 2020 are collectively referred to as the “Loan
Agreements”).
The Company and DSU have agreed to amend the Loan
Agreements as part of an effort to refine and align the
contractual provisions, with the aim of enhancing
consistency in the underlying documentation and providing
greater clarity regarding the rights and obligations of the
parties.
In this regard, the Company and DSU have agreed to revise
the loan periods as follows:
1. Loan Agreement dated 4 January 2022 with a loan
period from 1 October 2021 to 31 December 2030;
and
2. Loan Agreement dated 1 September 2020 with a
loan period from 29 April 2020 to 31 December 2030.
Thereafter, the Company and DSU have also agreed to
delete the provision regarding the capitalization of interest as
part of the principal at the end of each month if the Company
have not made a payment under the respective Loan
Agreements.

Apart from these amendments, there are no other changes
to the Loan Agreements.
8. Dampak kejadian, informasi : Tidak ada potensi risiko yang akan memberikan dampak
atau fakta material tersebut yang merugikan atau gangguan terhadap keberlanjutan
terhadap kegiatan operasional, usaha Perseroan dari perubahan terhadap Perjanjian
hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau Pinjaman Dana tersebut termasuk kegiatan operasional,
kelangsungan usaha Emiten hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha
atau Perusahaan Publik / Perseroan.
