Tata Cara Pelaksanaan Public Expose Insidentil
PT Morenzo Abadi Perkasa Tbk
(“Perseroan”)
Dengan ini Perseroan menyampaikan tata cara untuk mengikuti kegiatan Public Expose Insidentil (PEI)
Perseroan yang akan dilaksanakan secara virtual (online) melalui aplikasi Zoom pada hari Selasa,
tanggal 27 Januari 2026, pukul 15.00 WIB, dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut:
1. Peserta wajib menyampaikan konfirmasi pendaftaran dengan mengirimkan alamat e-mail ke
corporatesecretary@morenzo.co.id dengan menyertakan informasi : Nama lengkap, Nama
institusi, Nomor handphone
2. Pendaftaran akan ditutup 1 (satu) hari kerja sebelum Public Expose Insidentil dilaksanakan pada
tanggal 27 Januari 2026
3. Tautan/link Zoom Meeting acara Public Expose Insidentil akan disampaikan ke alamat terdaftar
setelah periode pendaftaran di tutup.
4. Identitas peserta yang mengikuti acara Public Expose Insidentil wajin sesuai dengan identitas
yang terdaftar pada saat login ke aplikasi Zoom Meeting sebagai berikut :

5. Para peserta dapat mengajukan pertanyaan setelah pemaparan materi PEI selesai disampaikan
dan setiap peserta maksimal hanya dapat mengajukan 2 (dua) pertanyaan untuk memberi
kesempatan pada peserta yang lain.
6. Pertanyaan diajukan dengan cara menuliskan pertanyaan pada menu chat yang tersedia dalam
aplikasi Zoom dan akan dijawab secara langsung berdasarkan urutan pertanyaan yang ada
dalam menu chat.
7. Para peserta agar memenuhi semua ketentuan yang ada agar penyelenggaraan acara dapat
berjalan dengan lancar dan baik.

Procedures for Implementing Incidental
Public ExposePT Morenzo Abadi Perkasa Tbk.
("Company")
The Company hereby submits the procedures for participating in the Company's Incidental Public
Expose (PEI) activities which are planned to be carried out virtually (online) through the Zoom
application on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at 15.00 WIB, with the following conditions:
1. Each PEI participant is required to fill in attendance as confirmation of attendance to participate
in PEI activities no later than 1 (one) day before the date of the PEI implementation via email
corporatesecretary@morenzo.co.id
2. Registration will close 1 (one) working day before the Incidental Public Expose is held on January
27, 2026
3. The Zoom Meeting link for the Incidental Public Expose event will be sent to the registered
address after the registration period closes.
4. The identity of participants attending the Incidental Public Expose event must match the identity
registered when logging into the Zoom Meeting application as follows.

5. Participants can ask questions after the presentation of the public exposure material has been
delivered and each participant can only ask a maximum of 2 (two) questions to give other
participants an opportunity.
6. Questions are asked by writing the question in the chat menu which is available in the Zoom
application and will be answered directly based on the order of the questions in the chat
menu.
7. Participants must comply with all existing conditions so that the event can run smoothly and well.
