effectiveness, improve business coordination, and accommodate the
Company’s operational needs. This change does not have any material
impact on the Company’s operations, financial condition, business
continuity, or performance.

Accordingly, all future correspondence and administrative matters
related to the Company should be directed to the new head office
address.
