Dengan hormat,

Merujuk kepada Surat Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek
Indonesia No. Kep-00087/BEI/12-2025 perihal Perubahan
Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian
Informasi, dengan ini disampaikan bahwa PT Sinar Mas Agro
Resources and Technology Tbk (SMART atau Perseroan)
akan menyediakan dana pembayaran pokok Obligasi
Berkelanjutan II SMART Tahap III Tahun 2021 Seri C yang
akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 19 Februari 2026 (Obligasi
Jatuh Tempo) sebesar Rp 220.000.000.000 (dua ratus dua
puluh miliar Rupiah).

Sumber dana untuk pelunasan pokok Obligasi Jatuh Tempo
akan berasal dari hasil penerbitan Sukuk Ijarah
Berkelanjutan | SMART Tahap II Tahun 2026 yang sedang
berlangsung.

Dana pelunasan pokok termasuk pembayaran bunga atas
Obligasi Jatuh Tempo tersebut akan disetorkan ke rekening
PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia secara tepat waktu
sesuai jadwal yang telah ditentukan.

Re: Fund Availability for The Principal Settlement of SMART
Shelf-Registered Bonds II Phase III Year 2021 C Series

Dear Sir,

With reference to the Decree of the Board of Directors of the
Indonesia Stock Exchange No. Kep-00087/BEI/12-2025 on
the Amendment to the Regulation Number I-E regarding
Obligation to Submit Information, hereby we would like to
inform that PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Tbk
(SMART or the Company) will provide the fund for the
principal settlement of SMART Shelf-Registered Bonds Il
Phase III Year 2021 C Series which will mature on 19 February
2026 (Matured Bond) amounting to Rp 220,000,000,000
(two hundred and twenty billion Rupiah).

The source of funds for the principal repayment of the
Matured Bond will come from the proceeds of the ongoing
issuance of SMART Shelf-Registered Sukuk Ijarah I SMART
Phase II Year 2026.

The fund for the Matured Bond principal settlement including
its interest payment will be deposited into the account of
PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia on time pursuant to the
specified schedule.
