surat permohonan pengunduran diri dari Bapak Setiawan T.
Widjojo selaku Direktur Utama Perseroan dengan alasan
pertimbangan profesional. Pengunduran diri tersebut berlaku
efektif sampai tanggal 3 September 2026 yang akan disahkan
dalam dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa
(RUPSLB) Perseroan dengan agenda Perubahan Susunan
Pengurus Perseroan yang akan diselenggarakan pada tanggal
4 September 2026.
Sampai dengan RUPSLB dimaksud, pengurusan dan
pengelolaan Perseroan untuk tetap dilaksanakan oleh Direksi,
sesuai dengan ketentuan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan dan
peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.

Description of Material Information or On August 3rd, 2026, the Company received a letter of

President Director due to professional considerations. The
resignation is effective until September 3, 2026, and will be
ratified at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders
(EGMS) of the Company, with the agenda of Changes to the
Managemnet Compsition of the Company, to be held on
September 4th, 2026.
Until the EGMS, the management and administration of the
Company shall continue to be carried out by the Board of
Directors in accordance with the provisions of the Articles of
Association of the Comapany and applicable laws and
regulations.
