Selain dari Keterbukaan Informasi mengenai Perkembangan Informasi terkait Negosiasi sehubungan dengan Rencana Akuisisi atas Mandom Corporation (Pemegang Saham Pengendali PT Mandom Indonesia Tbk) oleh Kalon Holdings Co., Ltd. yang telah disampaikan oleh Perseroan melalui surat nomor 009/SEKR/KW/I/26 tanggal 20 Januari 2026 dan Keterbukaan Informasi mengenai Penandatanganan Perubahan Perjanjian Peminjaman Dana antara PT Mandom Indonesia Tbk dan PT Alliance Cosmetics yang telah disampaikan oleh Perseroan melalui surat nomor 010/SEKR/ad/1/26 tanggal 21 Januari 2026, sampai dengan tanggal surat ini, Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek Perseroan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik (sebagaimana diubah sebagian).
