No. 33/POJK.04/2014 concerning the Board of
Directors and Board of Commissioners of
Issuers or Public Companies, we hereby
submit the following in relation to Agenda 2 of
the  Extraordinary General Meeting of
Shareholders held on 12 December 2025,
regarding the determination and/or amendment
as well as the appointment of the composition
of the Company's Board of Commissioners,
including the Independent Commissioner, the
resolution of which is documented in Deed No.
15 dated 15 December 2025 and which has
received Notification of Change of Company
Data from the Directorate General of General
Legal Administration, Ministry of Law and
Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia,

resignation of Mr. Kim Dong Wook from the
position of President Commissioner, and that
