ANNOUNCEMENT OF VACANCY OF CORPORATE SECRETARY

Dearall,

PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk (“the Company”) hereby announces that Bapak Fitri
Barnas assignment as the Company's Corporate Secretary has ended on 15 January
2026.

In connection with the vacancy of the position of Corporate Secretary and in accordance
with the applicable regulations of the Financial Services Authority and the Indonesia
Stock Exchange, the Company will immediately appoint a replacement within a
maximum period of 60 (sixty) days from the date of the vacancoy. For the time being, the
position of Corporate Secretary of the Company will be held concurrently by Bapak Aditya
Indrajati (aditya.indrajati@bakriesumatera.com).

All members of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors of the Company
would like to express their deepest gratitude for the cooperation and contributions of
Bapak Fitri Barnas during his tenure as Corporate Secretary of the Company.
