(the “Company”) Dengan hormat, Guna memenuhi kewajiban penyampaian laporan insidental berupa laporan mengenai kesiapan dana untuk pelunasan obligasi sebagaimana diatur dalam ketentuan IV.2.11 Surat Keputusan Direksi BEI No. Kep-00087/BEI/12-2025 tanggal 12 Desember 2025 tentang Perubahan Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi, bersama ini kami laporkan kepada BEI bahwa kami telah memiliki dan menyiapkan dana untuk pelunasan penuh atas pokok Obligasi Berkelanjutan III Barito Pacific Tahap | Tahun 2023 Seri A sebesar Rp. 52.520.000.000 (lima puluh dua miliar lima ratus dua puluh juta Rupiah) dengan tingkat bunga tetap sebesar 8,254 per tahun yang akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 8 Februari 2026 (“Obligasi”). Dana untuk pelunasan Obligasi tersebut akan kami setorkan ke rekening pembayaran yang telah ditentukan. Laporan ini dibuat dalam dua versi bahasa (Inggris dan Bahasa Indonesia). Versi Bahasa Indonesia adalah versi yang berlaku untuk segala keperluan dan versi Inggris hanya digunakan sebagai rujukan PT Barito Pacific Tbk Wisma Barito Pacific Tower B, 8" Floor Jl. Let. Jend. Parman Kav. 62-63 Jakarta 11410, Indonesia T 462(021)530 6711 F62(021)530 6680 www.barito-pacific.com Dear Sir, In order to comply with the obligation to submit an incidental report in the form of a report on the readiness of funds for repayment of the bonds as stated in the provision of IV.2.11 of the Decree of Board Directors of BEI No. No. Kep-00087/BEI/12- 2025 dated 12 December 2025 regarding the Change to Regulation Number I-E on the Obligation to Submit Information, we hereby submit this report to BEI informing that we have already had and provided the funds for the repayment of the principal amount of the Barito Pacific Shelf Registered Bonds III Phase I Year 2023 Series B amounting to Rp.52,520,000,000 (fifty two billion five hundred and twenty million Rupiah) with a fixed interest rate of per annum of 8.254 which will be due on February 8, 2026 (the “Bonds”). The funds for the repayment of the Bonds wil be deposited by us in the specified payment account. This report is made in bilingual version (English and Bahasa Indonesia) and the Bahasa Indonesia version shall be prevailing for all purposes, and the English language version shall be used for reference only. day
