Agar Perseroan menjelaskan kondisi dan kinerja keuangan Perseroan berdasarkan Laporan
Keuangan Perseroan terkini yang terakhir kali disampaikan ke Bursa (opsional, dapat tidak
ditanyakan apabila periode volatilitas sudah terlalu jauh dari tanggal penyampaian LK
terakhir).

Berdasarkan Laporan Keuangan Perseroan terakhir yang telah disampaikan kepada Bursa
Efek Indonesia (per 30 September 2025), kondisi keuangan dan kinerja operasional
mengalami penyesuaian karena penurunan harga batu bara yang cukup signifikan, sehingga
pendapatan mengalami penurunan dan Perseroan belum dapat mencatatkan laba. Namun
demikian, Perseroan tetap melakukan pengendalian biaya dan efisiensi operasional sehingga
dampak tekanan harga tidak membuat penurunan yang fundamental terhadap usaha
Perseroan saat ini, baik jangka menengah dan jangka panjang..

Apakah setelah periode Laporan Keuangan Perseroan terkini yang terakhir kali
disampaikan ke Bursa, terdapat perolehan kontrak atau sumber pendapatan baru yang
signifikan oleh Perseroan, atau transaksi lainnya yang bersifat material, yang belum
diungkapkan oleh Perseroan? Jika iya, agar dielaborasi.

Sampai dengan saat ini, Perseroan belum mendapat perolehan kontrak atau sumber
pendapatan baru yang signifikan, atau transaksi lainnya yang bersifat material.

Sehubungan dengan kegiatan bisnis Perseroan, agar

a. Perkembangan terkini atas kegiatan bisnis yang dijalankan oleh Perseroan.

Sesuai dengan paparan publik tahunan 2025, pengembangan bisnis Perseroan melalui
fasilitas Mini LNG Plant di Jawa Timur, ditargetkan akan mulai beroperasi pada kuartal
II 2026. Proyek ini diarahkan untuk menangkap tingginya permintaan gas di kawasan
industri Jawa Timur dan diharapkan mulai mencatatkan penjualan pada periode yang
sama, sehingga berkontribusi pada pendapatan berkelanjutan Perseroan.

b. Rencana strategis Perseroan selama tahun 2026, meliputi perkembangan bisnis
eksisting dan rencana pengembangan bisnis baru (jika ada).

Rencana strategis Perseroan untuk melakukan transformasi model bisnis dari
ketergantungan pada pendapatan batu bara yang cenderung melemah menuju sektor
energi bersih serta infrastruktur gas, guna menciptakan pertumbuhan yang lebih
berkelanjutan.

Bagaimana perkembangan saat ini atas faktor-faktor makroekonomi maupun industri
Perseroan yang dapat mempengaruhi prospek usaha Perseroan kedepannya?

Faktor makroekonomi yang mempengaruhi prospek usaha Perseroan, harga acuan batubara
internasional yang mengalami penurunan sejak tahun 2023 dan hingga saat ini masih belum
recover.

Akan tetapi, dalam beberapa tahun ke depan, permintaan terhadap batu bara diperkirakan
masih akan tetap ada. Selain itu, target produksi batubara nasional Indonesia akan
dipangkas menjadi #/- 600 Juta MT, yang diharapkan dengan kebijakan tersebut akan
meningkatkan harga batubara ke depannya.

5. Bagaimana kondisi persaingan usaha Perseroan saat ini? Apakah terdapat pergeseran
pangsa pasar yang signifikan?
Saat ini persaingan batu bara global makin intens karena permintaan dari China/India turun,
sehingga perusahaan Indonesia termasuk Perseroan, harus bersaing tidak hanya dengan
sesama domestik, tetapi juga dengan pemain global seperti Rusia dan Australia. Selain itu,
persaingan di dalam negeri tetap kuat, didukung oleh jumlah pemain besar dan menengah
yang bersaing di segmen produk dan efisiensi. Selanjutnya, regulasi pemerintah dan
kepatuhan persaingan usaha menjadi semakin penting untuk menjamin persaingan sehat.
Adapun harga komoditas yang menekan margin juga membuat Perseroan mencari strategi
daya saing baru.

6. Apakah saat ini terdapat kejadian perkara hukum yang sedang dihadapi oleh Perseroan,
Anak Usaha Perseroan dan/atau anggota Direksi dan anggota Dewan Komisaris Perseroan
yang berdampak material, yang belum diungkapkan oleh Perseroan? Jika ada, agar
dielaborasi.

Tidak ada kejadian perkara hukum yang sedang dihadapi oleh Perseroan, Anak Usaha
Perseroan dan/atau anggota Direksi dan anggota Dewan Komisaris Perseroan yang
berdampak material.

7. Bagaimana analisa manajemen Perseroan terkait dengan penyebab dari pergerakan harga
saham Perseroan?
Manajemen Perseroan menilai penyebab dari pergerakan harga saham Perseroan
dipengaruhi oleh mekanisme pasar, termasuk : sentimen industri, serta faktor eksternal
lainnya yang berada diluar kendali Perseroan.

8. Apakah terdapat informasi material di media massa yang dapat memengaruhi harga Efek
Perusahaan Tercatat dan/atau keputusan investasi pemodal, serta belum pernah
dilaporkan kepada Bursa atau sudah pernah dilaporkan namun tidak secara lengkap, atau
informasi material di media massa tersebut tidak benar? Jika ada, maka agar diklarifikasi
dan dielaborasi.

Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi material di media massa yang dapat
memengaruhi harga Efek Perusahaan Tercatat dan/atau keputusan investasi pemodal.

9. Apakah terdapat informasi atau fakta material lainnya yang dapat memengaruhi harga
Efek Perusahaan Tercatat dan/atau keputusan investasi pemodal, namun belum pernah

Saat ini belum terdapat informasi atau fakta material lainnya yang dapat mempengaruhi
harga Efek Perusahaan Tercatat dan/atau keputusan investasi pemodal. Namun Perseroan
berkomitmen untuk melakukan keterbukaan informasi kepada regulator atas aksi korporasi

Perseroan.

1. In order for the Company to explain the Company's financial condition and performance
based on the Company's latest Financial Statements that are last submitted to the
Exchange (optional, it can be unasked if the volatility period is too far from the date of
submission of the last Financial Statement).

Based on the Company's latest Financial Statements submitted to the Indonesia Stock
Exchange (as of September 30, 2025), financial conditions and operational performance have
been adjusted due to a significant decline in coal prices, resulting in a decrease in revenue
and the Company has not been able to record a profit. However, the Company continues to
control costs and operational efficiency so that the impact of price pressures does not make
a fundamental decline in the Company's current business, medium term as well as long term.

2. Isthere any significant new contracts or sources of revenue by the Company after the most
recent Financial Statements submitted to the Stock Exchange, or any other material
transaction, that has not been disclosed by the Company? If so, to be elaborated.

Currently, the Company has not received any significant new contracts or sources of revenue,
or other material transactions.

3. In connection with the Company's business activities, it may be explained:
a. Latest developments in business activities carried out by the Company.
In accordance with the 2025 annual public exposure, the Company's business
development through Mini LNG Plant facility in East Java is targeted to start Operating
in the second guarter of 2026. This project is directed to Capture the high demand for
gas in the East Java industrial estate and is expected to start generating sales in the
same period, thereby contributing to the Company's sustainable revenue.

b. The Company's strategic plan for 2026, includes the development of existing
businesses and new business development plans (if any).
The Company's strategic plan is to transform its business model from dependence on
coal revenues that tend to weaken to the clean energy sector and gas infrastructure, in
order to create more sustainable growth.

4. What are the current developments on the Company's macroeconomic and industrial
factors that may affect the Company's business prospects in the future?

Macroeconomic factors that affect the Company's business prospects, international coal
reference prices which have decreased since 2023 and have not yet recovered.

However, in the next few years, the demand for coal is expected to remain. In addition,
Indonesia's national coal production target will be cut to t/- 600 million MT, as a matter of
fact is expected to increase coal prices in the future.

What is the current state of the Company's business competition? Is there a significant |
shift in market share?

Currently, global coal competition is increasingly intense because demand from China/India
has fallen, so Indonesian companies, including the Company, have to compete not only with
domestic partners, but also with global players such as Russia and Australia. In addition,
domestic competition remains strong, supported by the number of large and medium-sized
players competing in the product and efficiency segments. Furthermore, government
regulations and business competition compliance are becoming increasingly important to
ensure healthy competition. The commodity prices that suppress margins also lead the
Company to look for new competitiveness strategies.

Are there currently any incidents of legal cases that are being faced by the Company, the
Company's Subsidiaries and/or members of the Board of Directors and members of the
Company's Board of Commissioners that have a material impact, which have not been
disclosed by the Company? If there is, to be elaborated.

There are no legal cases being faced by the Company, the Company's Subsidiaries and/or
members of the Board of Directors and members of the Company's Board of Commissioners
that have a material impact.

How is the Company's management analysis related to the cause of the Company's share
price movements?

The Company's management considers that the cause of the Company's share price
movements is influenced by market mechanisms, including: industry sentiment, as well as
other external factors that are beyond the Company's control.

Is there material information in the mass media that can affect the price of the Listed
Company's Securities and/or investors' investment decisions, and has not been reported
to the Exchange or has been reported but not completely, or is the material information in
the mass media incorrect? If there is, then it should be clarified and elaborated.

The Company is not aware of any material information in the mass media that may affect
the price of the Listed Company's Securities and/or the investor's investment decisions.

Are there any other material information or facts that may affect the price of the Listed
Company's Securities and/or the investor's investment decisions, but have not been
disclosed by the Company? If any, to be disclosed and elaborated.

Currently, there is no other material information or facts that can affect the price of Listed
Company Securities and/or the investor's investment decisions. However, the Company is
committed to disclose any information to regulators on the Company's corporate actions.
