PENGUMUMAN
Dengan senang hati kami umumkan bahwa BBCADRCF6A telah dapat dilaksanakan pada tanggal 15
Januari 2026 dan pemegang waran terstruktur berhak atas Jumlah Penyelesaian Tunai (per
BBCADRCF6A) (jika jumlah tersebut lebih besar dari nol).
Harga Penyelesaian telah ditentukan pada IDR 8.055 sebagai rata-rata harga penutupan Saham BBCA di
Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk lima (5) hari bursa sebelum Tanggal Pelaksanaan.

ANNOUNCEMENT
We are pleased to announce that BBCADRCF6A is exercised on 15 Januari 2026 ("Expiry Date") and the
structured warrant holders shall be entitled to the Cash Settlement Amount (per BBCADRCF6A) (if the said
amount is greater than zero).
The Settlement Price has been determined at IDR 8.055 being the closing price of BBCA Shares on
Indonesia Stock Exchange for the five (5) bursa days prior to the Expiry Date.
