Oktober 2025, disampaikan bahwa Perseroan
akan melaksanakan pembelian kembali saham
sebanyak-banyaknya sebesar
Rp2.000.000.000.000 (dua triliun Rupiah) yang
tidak akan melebihi 20% (dua puluh persen)
dari modal disetor dan paling sedikit saham
yang beredar adalah 7,5% (tujuh koma lima
persen) selama periode tanggal 30 Oktober

2025 sampai dengan 30 Januari 2026
(“Pembelian Kembali Saham”). Dana
tersebut tidak termasuk biaya perantara
pedagang efek dan biaya lain yang berkaitan
dengan Pembelian Kembali Saham.
Selama periode Pembelian Kembali Saham,
Perseroan telah membeli kembali saham
sebanyak 68.519.800 (enam puluh delapan
juta lima ratus sembilan belas ribu delapan
ratus) lembar saham dengan nilai Rp
1.999.990.270.702 (satu triliun sembilan ratus
sembilan puluh sembilan miliar sembilan ratus
sembilan puluh juta dua ratus tujuh puluh ribu
tujuh ratus dua Rupiah).
Berdasarkan total Pembelian Kembali Saham
tersebut, sisa dana Pembelian Kembali Saham
Perseroan adalah sebesar Rp9.729.298
(sembilan juta tujuh ratus dua puluh sembilan
ribu dua ratus sembilan puluh delapan Rupiah)
(“Sisa Dana Pembelian Kembali Saham”).
Dengan mempertimbangkan Sisa Dana
Pembelian Kembali Saham Perseroan saat ini
yang tersisa sebesar Rp 9.729.298, Perseroan
memutuskan untuk menghentikan
pelaksanaan Pembelian Kembali Saham
terhitung sejak tanggal 14 Januari 2026.
With reference to the Company’s Information
Disclosure regarding the Plan for Share
Buyback under Significantly Fluctuating Market
Conditions dated 30 October 2025, it was
disclosed that the Company would conduct a
share buyback with a maximum amount of
Rp2,000,000,000,000 (two trillion Rupiah),
which shall not exceed 20% (twenty percent) of
the paid-up capital, and with a minimum public
float of 7.5% (seven point five percent), during
the period from 30 October 2025 to 30 January
2026 (“Share Buyback”). Such funds exclude
brokerage fees and other costs related to
Share Buyback.
During the Share Buyback period, the
Company repurchased a total of 68,519,800
(sixty-eight million five hundred nineteen
thousand eight hundred) shares with an
aggregate value of Rp1,999,990,270,702 (one
trillion nine hundred ninety-nine billion nine
hundred ninety million two hundred seventy
thousand seven hundred two Rupiah).
Based on the total Share Buyback, the
remaining Share Buyback funds of the
Company is Rp9,729,298 (nine million seven

hundred twenty-nine thousand two hundred
ninety-eight Rupiah) (“Remaining Share
Buyback Funds”).
Considering the Remaining Share Buyback
Funds of the Company to date, amounting to
Rp9,729,298, the Company has decided to
terminate the implementation of the Share
Buyback, effective on 14 January 2026.
