Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bersamaan dengan perubahan nama Perseroan yang
diputuskan di dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar
Biasa Perseroan yang diselenggarakan pada tanggal 13
Januari 2026, Perseroan telah melakukan perubahan logo
Perseroan untuk menyesuaikan dengan identitas baru. Logo
baru tersebut akan dipergunakan oleh Perseroan dan seluruh
entitas anak Perseroan. Lebih lanjut, logo dan nama
Perseroan yang baru akan digunakan di seluruh media
komunikasi Perseroan dengan pihak ketiga, antara lain, kop
surat, amplop, stempel perusahaan, website, email, serta
pengumuman di media terkait lainnya.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perubahan logo tersebut tidak menimbulkan dampak material
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan terhadap kegiatan operasional, aspek hukum, kondisi
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, keuangan atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan dan entitas
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau anak Perseroan. Kegiatan usaha dan operasional Perseroan
Perusahaan Publik tetap berjalan dengan normal sebagaimana biasanya.

Change of the Company logo and the logos of all the

Description of Material Information or In conjunction with the change of the Company name as
Facts resolved in the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders
of the Company held on 13 January 2026, the Company has
changed its logo to align with the new identity. The new logo
will be used by the Company and all of the Company
subsidiaries. Furthermore, the new name and logo will be used
across all of the Company communications with third parties,
including, among others, letterheads, envelopes, company
stamps, the website, email communications, and
announcements in other relevant media.
Impact of event, material information or The change of logo does not have any material impact on the
facts towards Issuers or Public operational, legal aspects, financial conditions or business
Company’s operational activities, legal, continuity of the Company and the Company subsidiaries. The
financial condition, or going concern Company business activities and operations are carried out as
business as usual.
