Republik Indonesia Nomor AHU-0001439.AH.01.02. TAHUN
2026 Tentang Persetujuan Perubahan Anggaran Dasar
Perseroan Terbatas PT Prime Agri Resources Tbk tanggal 13
Januari 2026.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perubahan nama tersebut tidak menimbulkan dampak material
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan terhadap kegiatan operasional, kondisi keuangan atau
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kelangsungan usaha Perseroan dan entitas anak Perseroan.

Amendment to the Articles of Association of Limited Liability
Company of PT Prime Agri Resources Tbk dated 13 Januari
2026.

facts towards Issuers or Public impact on the operational, financial conditions or business
Company’s operational activities, legal, continuity of the Company and the subsidiaries of the
financial condition, or going concern Company. The Company will make necessary adjustments to
all licensing documents, proof of ownership of assets,
agreements or contracts with other parties, and other
documents or letters as relevant to adjust to the new name.
