Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Pos Properti Indonesia, sebagai anak usaha PT Pos
Indonesia (Persero), telah menandatangani Berita Acara
Kesepakatan dengan PT Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk terkait kerja
sama pemanfaatan aset.
Dalam kerja sama tersebut, PT Pos Properti Indonesia akan
mengelola dan mengoptimalkan sekitar 2.931 titik aset yang
tersebar di berbagai wilayah strategis di Indonesia untuk
disewakan kepada PT Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk, sepanjang
memenuhi ketentuan yang disepakati, sebagai lokasi
pembangunan infrastruktur jaringan, antara lain pemasangan
tiang Base Transceiver Station (BTS), penempatan perangkat
Optical Line Terminal (OLT), serta pemanfaatan ruang atau
gedung untuk penyimpanan material.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Kerjasama ini akan berdampak positif kepada perkembangan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kegiatan operasional Perseroan serta keberlangsungan usaha
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Perseroan kedepan.

Acceleration of National Digital Infrastructure
Description of Material Information or PT Pos Properti Indonesia, as a subsidiary of PT Pos
Facts Indonesia (Persero), signed a Memorandum of Understanding
with PT Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk regarding asset utilization
cooperation.
Under this cooperation, PT Pos Properti Indonesia will manage
and optimize approximately 2,931 asset locations across
various strategic areas in Indonesia to be leased to PT Solusi
Sinergi Digital Tbk, subject to the agreed terms and conditions,
as sites for the development of network infrastructure,
including the installation of Base Transceiver Station (BTS)
towers, placement of Optical Line Terminal (OLT) equipment,
as well as the use of space or buildings for material storage.
