sumber pendapatan Perseroan secara konsolidasi, namun
tidak berdampak secara hukum, namun akan berdampak pada
kegiatan operasional dan kelangsungan usaha Emiten
mengingat Perjanjian Jasa Penambangan Batubara tersebut
adalah satu-satunya sumber pendapatan Perseroan saat ini.
