melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat,
termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat
terhadap pencatatan saham Perusahaan di Bursa
(paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)?

Does the Company have plans to undertake
corporate actions in the near future, including
corporate plans that will affect the listing of the
Company's shares on the Exchange (at least in the next 3
months)?

Saat ini Perusahaan dalam proses melakukan
pemisahan Unit Usaha Syariah melalui pendirian
Perusahaan Asuransi Jiwa Syariah sesuai rencana
bisnis yang telah disetujui oleh OJK serta
diungkapkan ke publik.

Sebagai perusahaan jasa keuangan yang berada
di bawah pengawasan OJK, semua rencana dan
pelaksanaan aksi korporasi perlu mendapatkan
persetujuan OJK terlebih dahulu.

Perusahaan tidak memiliki rencana aksi
korporasi lainnya.

The Company is currently in the process of
separating its Sharia Business Unit through the
establishment of a Sharia Life Insurance Company,
in accordance with a business plan approved by
the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and
disclosed to the public.

As a financial services company under the
supervision of the OJK, all corporate action plans
and implementations reguire prior OJK approval.

The Company has no other corporate action plans.

kepemilikan sahamnya di Perusahaan. Dalam hal
ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary
menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang
saham utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi
tersebut

Plans of major shareholders regarding their
shareholdings in the Company. In this regard, please
ask the Corporate Secretary to first ask the major
shareholders in answering this confirmation.

Kami telah mengkonfirmasi hal ini dengan
pemegang saham pengendali kami, Mitsui
Sumitomo Insurance Co., Ltd, yang memiliki 80 Ye
saham LIFE.

Saat ini, Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Co., Ltd
belum mem rencana untuk membeli atau
menjual saham LIFE.

We have confirmed with our controlling
shareholder, Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Co.,
Ltd, who owns 804 of LIFE share.

They have no plan to buy or sell LIFE shares at the
moment.
