(62-21) 39831289 LAPORAN EKSPLORASI Periode Triwulan IV Tahun 2025 PT Harum Energy Tbk (“Perseroan”) merupakan perusahaan induk dari portfolio usaha di bidang pertambangan batubara: pertambangan nikel, pengolahan dan pemurnian nikel, serta logistik. Perseroan menjalankan kegiatan pertambangan nikel melalui entitas anak, yaitu PT Position, yang memiliki perizinan untuk mengembangkan wilayah pertambangan yang berlokasi di Halmahera Timur, Maluku Utara berdasarkan Izin Usaha Pertambangan Operasi Produksi Mineral Logam. Dengan ini, Perseroan menyampaikan laporan kegiatan eksplorasi PT Position, sebagai berikut: A. Area Selama tahun 2025, termasuk periode Triwulan IV Tahun 2025, kegiatan ekplorasi PT Position berfokus pada satu blok dari tiga blok yang ada, yaitu Blok Maba 1 yang berada di Kecamatan Maba Kota, Kabupaten Halmahera Timur, Provinsi Maluku Utara. B. Metode Pengujian dan Pemilihan Area Kegiatan eksplorasi PT Position di Blok Maba 1 dilakukan pada area yang akan menjadi rencana penambangan PT Position. Kegiatan eksplorasi yang dilakukan meliputi: 1. Kegiatan pengeboran dengan metode full core drilling HA dengan spasi 25 mx 25 m. 2. Pengujian conto batuan dengan metode fusi menggunakan analisis WD-XRF, metode ini menghilangkan heterogenitas akibat ukuran butir dan perbedaan mineralogi, sehingga memungkinkan hasil analisis yang akurat. PT Position juga menerapkan sistem OAOC yang digunakan Untuk mengukur keandalan hasil pengujian dengan menentukan presisi, akurasi, dan biasnya. EXPLORATION REPORT Period of Auarter IV of 2025 PT Harum Energy Tbk (the "Company”) is a holding company of business portfolio of coal mining: nickel mining, and nickel processing and refining, as well as logistic. The Company carries out its nickel mining activities through its subsidiary, namely PT Position, which holds licence to develop mining area located in East Halmahera, North Maluku based on Metal Mineral Production Operation Mining Business Licence. The Company hereby submit the exploration activities report of PT Position, as follows: A. Area Throughout 2025, including the period of Ouarter IV of 2025, PT Position's exploration activities were focused on one block out of three blocks, namely Block Maba 1 located in Maba Kota Sub-district, East Halmahera Regency, North Maluku Province. B. Assessment Method and Area Determination The exploration activities of PT Position in Block Maba 1 were carried out in the area to be mined by PT Position. The exploration activities that were carried out including: 1. Drilling activities using full core drilling HO method with 25 mx 25 m spacing. 2. Sample analysis of ore with fusion method using WD-XRF analysis, this method eliminates the heterogeneities resulting from grain size and — mineralogy characteristic, for accurate analysis result. PT Position also applied AAOC system for reliability of analysis result by determining precision, accuracy and bias.

Kegiatan eksplorasi dilakukan oleh tim eksplorasi PT Position, bersama dengan pihak ketiga untuk kegiatan pemboran dan E. laboratorium independen untuk analisa conto. Hasil Aktivitas Eksplorasi D. PT Position telah menyelesaikan kegiatan pengeboran coring sebanyak 886 titik pengeboran selama tahun 2025, dengan total kedalaman pengeboran 20.346 meter. Hal tersebut sudah termasuk hasil aktivitas eksplorasi pada periode Triwulan IV Tahun 2025, yaitu kegiatan pengeboran coring sebanyak 246 titik pengeboran, dengan total kedalaman pengeboran 4.401 meter. Dari hasil aktivitas eksplorasi tersebut sepanjang tahun 2025, PT Position telah mengirimkan ke pihak laboratorium untuk dilakukan analisa conto sebanyak 25.746 sampel yang terdiri dari sampel original dan sampel guality control. Biaya Eksplorasi E. Total biaya ekplorasi PT Position selama tahun 2025 mencapai sekitar Rp 33,34 milyar, dimana sekitar 2096 dari jumlah tersebut merupakan biaya eksplorasi periode Triwulan IV Tahun 2025. Rencana Tindak Lanjut F. Rencana eksplorasi untuk periode Triwulan | Tahun 2026 masih difokuskan untuk melanjutkan kegiatan pengeboran infill dengan spasi 25 mx 25 m di Blok Maba 1 pada lokasi sekitar area penambangan saat ini. drilling and independent laboratories for sample analysis. Exploration Costs Total exploration costs of PT Position throughout 2025 has reached approximately Rp33.34billion, where approximately 2045 of such amount constitutes exploration costs for the period of Ouarter IV Of 2025. Further Actions The exploration plan for the period of Ouarter | of 2026 remains focus on the continuation of infill drilling activities with 25 m x 25 m spacing in Blok Maba 1 in the surrounding area of existing mines.
