Pengeluaran total kegiatan pada O4 yaitu
berkisar Rp 1.711 juta yang terdiri dari
persetujuan UKL-UPL eksplorasi, proses analisis
eksplorasi lapangan, proses persetujuan
dokumen rencana reklamasi, proses
pengesahan Kepala Teknik Tambang, kajian
regulasi dan kaidah keteknikan bidang
lingkungan, tataruang dan ESDM, serta kajian
tekno ekonomi.

Area:

IUP PT Kendawangan Berkah Kersik, secara

administratif berada pada Desa Natai Kuini,

Kecamatan Kendawangan, Kabupaten

Ketapang, Provinsi Kalimantan Barat, dimana

seluruh area merupakan Area Penggunaan Lain

(APL).

Costs incurred:

Total expenditure for activities in O4 is
approximately IDR 1,711 million, consisting of
UKL-UPL exploration approvals, field exploration
analysis processes, reclamation plan document
approval processes, the Head of Mine Technical
approval and ratification, regulatory and
engineering studies in the fields of environment,
spatial planning and ESDM, as well as the
techno-economic studies.

Area:

IUP PT Kendawangan Berkah Kersik is
administratively located in Natai Kuini Village,
Kendawangan Subdistrict, Ketapang Regency,
West Kalimantan Province, where the entire
area is designated as Other Use Area (APL).

Parties Conducting Exploration:

e Preparation of the UKL-UPL was carried out
by PT. KBK's own team with the assistance of
consultants from CV Ail Enviro Consult with
contract number : 01/KK-KBK/11/2025.

# Preparation of Reclamation Plan Documents
for the Exploration Period by the PT. KBK
Team, assisted by consultants from PT. Geo
Persada Mineral.

# Aerial photo mapping using drones/UAVs by
the Drone Sumatera team, namely Mr. Dhoni
Zakaria Randani, ST. MT, asan expert through
a work contract agreement with contract
number : 04/KK-KBK/V/2025.

e Exploration activities by using the Electrical
Resistivity Tomography (ERT) and core
drilling by full coring method and Standard
Penetration Test (SPT) by PT. Agrinas Palma
Nusantara (APN) and laboratory sample
testing analysis in collaboration with the
Tekmira Laboratory in Bandung with contract
number : 03/KK-KBK/IV/2025.

Metode Pengujian:

Pemetaan geologi, Pemetaan foto udara dengan

drone/UAV, ERT, pemboran inti (full coring) dan

pengambilan contoh untuk dilakukan uji di

laboratorium Tekmira-Bandung.

Pemilihan Areal Pengujian yang Diterapkan:

Interpretasi hasil pemetaan geologi, UAV, ERT,

pemboran inti dan Standard Penetration Test

(SPT) digunakan untuk menganalisis dalam

menentukan perhitungan sumber daya, dan

informasi awal daya dukung untuk rencana
infrastruktur.

Rencana Tindak Lanjut:

e Finalisasi dokumen kajian regulasi dan
kaidah keteknikan bidang lingkungan, tata
ruang dan ESDM yang terkait penambangan
didaerah pesisir,

e Finalisasi Dokumen Rencana Reklamasi
Periode Eksplorasi.

# Finalisasi Pekerjaan Eksplorasi.

e Finalisasi Kajian Tekno Ekonomi yang
diverifikasi dan divalidasi oleh Competent
Person (CP).

e Finalisasi Laporan Reklamasi Pasca
Eksplorasi sebagai syarat dalam peraturan
ESDM yang berlaku sesuai.

e Hasil kajian diatas akan digunakan dalam
pengambilan keputusan tahapan dan proses
eksplorasi selanjutnya.

Testing Methods:

Geological mapping, aerial mapping using
drones/UAVSs, ERT, core drilling (full coring) and
sampling for testing at the Tekmira-Bandung
laboratory.

Selection of the Testing Area Applied :
Interpretation of geological mapping, UAV, ERT,
core drilling and Standard Penetration Test (SPT)
results are used to analyze resource calculations
and preliminary bearing capacity information
for the infrastructure planning.

Follow-up Plan:

e Finalization of regulatory review documents
and technical guidelines in the fields of
environment, spatial planning and ESDM
relating to the mining activities in the coastal
areas.

e Finalization of the Exploration Period
Reclamation Plan Document.

e Finalization of Exploration Work.

e Finalization of the Techno-Economic Study
verified and validated by a Competent
Person (CP).

e Finalization of the  Post-Exploration
Reclamation Report as a reguirement in.

e The results of the above study will be used to
decide the next stages and processes of

LAPORAN EKSPLORASI O4 2025
Ringkasan Kegiatan:

PT DANAU BUNTAR KUARSA (PT. DBK) pada periode
triwulan 4 yang berakhir 31 Desember 2025 (“O4”)
kegiatan berupa pemenuhan persyaratan
penerbitan IUP Eksplorasi, telah selesai
melaksanakan proses dan teregister secara resmi
dalam Minerbaone sebagai sistem terpadu baru
yang berlaku di ESDM, serta memperoleh PKPLH
(Persetujuan Pernyataan Kesanggupan Pengelolaan
Lingkungan Hidup), dari PTSP a/n Gubernur Kalbar
dengan nomor 500.16.7.2/51/PKPLH/DPMPTSP-A
pada tanggal 29 Desember 2025. Setelah terbitnya
IUP Ekplorasi no. 14052402473090010 pada tanggal
25 Agustus 2025, selanjutnya dilakukan pengajuan
KTT, pemetaan citralandsat, penyusunan RKAB
Eksplorasi pada area kerja PT. DBK seluas 4.888 Ha
sebagaimana gambar dibawah.

EXPLORATION REPORT O4 - 2025
Activity Summary:

PT DANAU BUNTAR KUARSA (PT. DBK) in the fourth
guarter ending 31 December 2025 (“O4”)
completed the process of fulfilling the
reguirements for the issuance of an Exploration
IUP (Izin Usaha Pertambangan or Mining Business
Permit) and has officially registered in Minerbaone,
a new integrated system applicable in ESDM, as
well as obtaining a PKPLH (Environmental
Management Commitment Approval) from the
PTSP and the Governor of West Kalimantan with
number 500.16.7.2/51/PKPLH/DPMPTSP-A on 29
December 2025. Following the issuance of
Exploration IUP No. 14052402473090010 on 25
August 2025, the Head of Mine Technic application,
citralandsat mapping, and preparation of the
Exploration RKAB were carried out in the PT. DBK
work area covering 4,888 hectares, asshown in the
image below.

IUP Eksplorasi PT. Danau Buntar Kuarsa, secara
administratif berada pada Desa Air Hitam Hulu,
Kecamatan Kendawangan, Kabupaten
Ketapang, Provinsi Kalimantan Barat.

Dimana seluruh area merupakan kawasan
Hutan Produksi (HP), sehingga PT. DBK wajib

melaksanakan proses PPKH (Persetujuan
Penggunaan Kawasan Hutan) periode
eksplorasi.

Ringkasan Kegiatan:

PT KENDAWANGAN PRIMA SILIKA (PT. KPS) pada
periode triwulan 4 yang berakhir 31 Desember 2025
(“O4”) kegiatan berupa pemenuhan persyaratan
penerbitan IUP Eksplorasi. Setelah terbitnya IUP
Ekplorasi no. 14052402641390010 pada tanggal 25
Agustus 2025, selanjutnya dilakukan pengajuan
Kepala Teknik Tambang (KTT), pemetaan citralandsat
pada seluruh kawasan potensi dan UAV penyusunan
RKAB Eksplorasi dan UKL-UPL Eksplorasi, dan
Pemenuhan serta proses administratif penyesuaian
data ke Minerbaone. Area kerja PT. KPS seluas 2.965
Ha sebagaimana gambar dibawah.

Activity Summary:

PT KENDAWANGAN PRIMA SILIKA (PT. KPS) in the
fourth guarter period ended on 31 December 2025
(“O4”), the activities covered the fulfilment of the
reguirements for the issuance of an Exploration
IUP. Following the issuance of Exploration IUP No.
14052402641390010 on 25 August 2025, KPS has
carried out the application approval for the Head
of the Head of Mine Technical, Citra-landsat
mapping of the entire potential area, UAV
preparation of the Exploration Work Plan and
Budget (RKAB) and the Exploration Environmental
Management Plan (UKL-UPL), and administrative
processes for data migration to Minerbaone
integrated data system. The working area of PT. KPS
spans 2,965 hectares, as shown in the picture
below.
