Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Description of Material Information or Facts Bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa Perseroan telah menyediakan | dana yang diperlukan untuk pelunasan pokok dan pembayaran | pendapatan bagi hasil keempat Sukuk Mudharabah Berkelanjutan 1 Merdeka Battery Materials Tahap II Tahun 2025 Seri A yang akan jatuh tempo pada 27 Agustus 2026 dengan nisbah sebesar 20,51 (dua puluh koma lima satu persen) dari pendapatan yang dibagihasilkan, dengan indikasi bagi hasil sebesar ekuivalen 7,5096 (tujuh koma lima nol persen) pertahun. Dana tersebut akan dibayarkan kepada PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) sebelum tanggal 27 Agustus 2026. We would like to inform that the Company has prepared the funds reguired for the repayment of the principal and the payment of the fourth profit-sharing income of Shelf Registration of Sukuk Mudharabah I Merdeka Battery Materials Phase I Year 2025 Series A which will mature on 15 July 2026 with a profit-sharing ratio (nisbah) of 20.515 (twenty point five one percent) of the distributable profit sharing income, with an indicative profit sharing eguivalent to 7.504 (seven point five zero percent) per annum The funds will be transferred to PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) prior 27 August 2026.
